Breakfast, made fresh with hot & cold items by friendly Nina on both occasions when we stayed. Open-air hot pool with a view was refreshing. Hotel restaurant, when available for dinner, was nice.

The first stay in a junior suite on the second storey, was spacious but it had a sloping roof which you had to mind your head. No hot water kettle in-room besides the coffee maker.

Great cozy hotel just 10 minutes from the Airport. We loved the rooftop hot pool (large hot tub). So refreshing to be outside in cool Iceland in the thermal tub. Decent breakfast and overall great ambiance.

Slightly out of the main area of Keflavik but it's just a short walk to nearest grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. There is no pickup options from the airport but they are very helpful and ensure you a free transport to the airport!

It was close to the airport and easy to find. Staff was ve ry helpful and courteous. Good location for walks along the water front.

Fantastic views, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, loved the pool top, couldn't fault hotel berg!

I was almost double charged by Receptionist double for two bottles of champagne in the bar. Only when I asked what is it for, it came up, that im charged double. Highly not reccomended

Dinner at restaurant was great - breakfast on the other hand rather uninspired and disappointing, even scrambled eggs were not so nice. Too basic for such a nice place

Wonderful hotel located nearby Keflavik airport with a great restaurant and lovely heated pool to relax in before your flight. Generous sized rooms and very helpful staff.

Nothing really. It was a great stay. Better to have a car - or it's just a little bit of a hike to get to shops/food.

Ultra clean and modern hotel, very close to Keflavik airport. We were offered a room upgrade on arrival. Was the last night of our trip and we sat in the heated rooftop pool with our drinks after great dinner in the restaurant. Many thanks to all the staff who were very accommodating.

The bed was like a cloud, the restaurant was excellent and the hot water pool on the roof was amazing.
