Good location, very close to the train station.
We booked a comfortable room for two. There is a balcony, 30 square feet, but only a small room, and there is not enough space for three luggage boxes. Poor sound insulation.

All in all, good value, very professional and friendly staff, extensive selection of spirits and wine to meet a discerning taste, food in hotel restaurant was outstanding - kudos to their chef on presentation and quality/taste!
A bit too much nickel/diming on minor issues - parking in garage 10Eur/day, bath robe for pool 10Eur/stay.

the hotel is located in an excellent location in the town of dobbiaco, very close to everything and an excellent place to start your Dolomites expedition.
It also has an excellent kitchen, with amazing desserts and I highly recommend taking advantage of that!
Sadly the hotel wifi was a bit flaky and wasn't that stable in the rooms.

We had a great stay. The owner is extremely nice and welcoming. Food was great, the kitchen offers vegan options and a nice wine selection. The facility is totally dog friendly and it’s amazing. We had access to the spa and swimming pool for free. And the owner’s gin and tonics are absolutely the best. :)
Important tips: free parking is available either on the street or in their private garage so you don’t have to worry about that at all. If you’re traveling with a dog, there’s a small park to go on a dog walk just in front of the hotel. The Spa and swimming pool close at 20:00 and you can access it (for free) only if you book your time slot beforehand!
On a negative side: the furniture of the rooms is a little outdated and pets have to pay for their stay. But I’m all in all super happy about the stay and would totally recommend it!

Great location - the hotel is close to both the bus and train stations, making it a good base to travel to other attractions in this region. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. The sauna room (which we had free access to) was an absolute plus. And the room is spacious.
The room could look more lovely and cozy with a bit more decoration.
