Отличный просторный номер, гостиница близко от интересных мест. Дружелюбный персонал. Хороший вай-фай. Завтрак - круассаны (вкусные, с начинкой), йогурты, мюсли. Остановилась бы здесь ещё.

Не работал холодильник. Не помешало бы одеяло (есть только покрывало).

Fridge did not work well, and air conditioning was not in service.

Was racially abused by the Ukrainian wife and mother in law of the owner for having Russian name. Despite never having lived in Russia or being a supporter of the regime's actions (not that anyone should justify their ethnicity or anything else when you rent a hotel room) I was told that I am a bad person since I am of Russian decent. The owner initially joined the attack, then cooled down and was trying to persuade me to not leave the hotel. He even tried to apologise by saying that I mentioned something to his Ukrainian mother in law like in support of Russia's actions, which is a complete lie. I never said a word, instead I was asked by his mother in law if I was Russian and then the abuse started, even though I said I am not from Russia or support what is happening (again shouldn't need to justify when I am renting a bloody hotel room).

Sound from cinema next door -cocaine bear a very noisy film. No lighting other than harsh overhead lighting in main room. Water pressure in shower quite poor

it was noisy on Sund morning in the flat above me, as if someone was scratching something and pouring water again and again but that might be a one off thing. The hotel seems to occupy the ground floor and soussol of a normal building with flats? But was still pleasant.

The young receptionist was super kind. Parking is in front of the property and easy accessible. The aperols spritz is 4 €. The property is clean.

The walls are thin so you hear everything. Bed is a little bit hard. There is a smell of Marijuana in the corridor. Upon the arrival, l went to the city center and had an injury accident. I went back to the hotel for emergency assistance. The first reaction of the old receptionist was that l should say that the accident didn't happen in the hotel. He repeated it over and over again, even to the ambulance nurse. It was awkward.

Location is handy for the old town, restaurants and shops. Parking available on site (extra 10€) Dog friendly (extra 10€)

Hotel is in desperate need of refurb, really dated looking rooms, reception area etc. They charge 10€ extra for cleaning after a dog, yet there was hair from previous guests in the bed and on the toilet seat. What really spoiled the experience was the receptionist staff. We checked in on 17th February and the receptionist was really rude and condescending. He couldn't have sighed more even if he wanted to during the 30 mins it took him to check us in...he was rude and impatient with every other guest he interacted with. Also tried to overcharge us with 10€ on top of the dog, parking charge and tourism tax (2.20€). Shame as the staff at breakfast was lovely.

been there 2 times before and would stay there again. I like how it's located, it's a little up a hill but i don't mind, it is close to the city center and the casino is down the road.

Location is perfect! close to the city center but away from noise and traffic. For the rest, average property! Small room and bathroom…ideal for one night, in my opinion.
