Easy check-in, clear instructions. Two supermarkets nearby, quite close to the harbour. Really good deal for the money. ROoms were spacey and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped.

IPersonally, I dont like the hotels policy when since you arrive you see signs what you cannot do, what behavior will be fined, what you have to do otherwise you will be charged extra money etc. Maybe little bit friendly attitude of these signs and information would be nice. Also rooms were little bit noisy - so if you will have loud and talaktive neighbours, you will definately hear them.

There were 2 bathrooms - 1 attached to each room, which was a delightful surprise! Beds were very comfortable! Fans were a great additional touch to cool down the rooms

We travelled almost in all Mallorca and spent 11 days and had 6 accommodations, but this one was really the best. The house is located so close to the sea and at the same time it’s in such a quiet are it is incredible. They have all the amenities possible and the place is so clean and nice decorated. We loved it, it is actually the perfect type of small apartment you need whenever going on vacation by the beach. All the nice beaches are around 10 min away from the place. And the staff was so nice and friendly. I will honestly recommend this place to everyone wanting to visit Mallorca.
