Betreff:** Dringende Beschwerde über unhygienische Zustände und inakzeptables Verhalten  Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,  Ich wende mich an Sie, um meine tiefe Empörung und Enttäuschung über die äußerst unangenehme Erfahrung auszudrücken, die ich heute, am 08.08.2024, in der Residenz Santiago Mallorca gemacht habe. Bereits beim Betreten des mir zugewiesenen Zimmers war ich schockiert über den absolut unhygienischen Zustand, in dem sich das Zimmer befand.  Zuallererst war das Badezimmer sichtbar schmutzig; die Flecken in der Dusche waren braun, was mich ernsthaft an der Sauberkeit des gesamten Ortes zweifeln ließ. Das Waschbecken war nicht gereinigt, und der Spiegel, bedeckt mit Wasserflecken und Fingerabdrücken, ließ den Eindruck entstehen, dass er seit Tagen nicht desinfiziert worden war. Was mich am meisten beunruhigte, war das fast vollständig benutzte Toilettenpapier, das kaum noch auf der Rolle vorhanden war. Dies zeugt von einer inakzeptablen Vernachlässigung und mangelnder Sorgfalt.  Was mich jedoch wirklich entsetzte, war der Zustand des Bettes. Die Bettwäsche war sichtbar schmutzig, als ob sie nach dem letzten Gast nicht gewechselt worden wäre, und das Bett war noch nicht einmal ordentlich gemacht. Allein der Gedanke, in einem solchen Zustand die Nacht verbringen zu müssen, war für mich unerträglich. Als ob das alles nicht schon genug wäre, war das Verhalten eines Ihrer Reinigungskräfte absolut inakzeptabel. Als ich versuchte, meine Bedenken über den Zustand des Zimmers zu äußern, reagierte dieser Mitarbeiter aggressiv und warf uns wütend aus dem Zimmer mit der Aufforderung, ihm keine weiteren Probleme zu bereiten. Er behauptete außerdem, dass wir selbst die Reservierung stornieren müssten, da er dies nicht tun würde. Als ich ihm mitteilte, dass ich nicht in Ihrem Hotel bleiben möchte, verschlimmerte sich die Situation.

It’s not a fancy place, just a room to sleep. If you are not expecting more than this could be Just fine. Just a very simple room no frills.

It clear it needs a renew, but then the price won’t be the same!

While the lady was really nice with us, the room was dirty and extremely old.

nothing, I was glad it had a ceiling

the stay was the most horrible I’ve ever experienced. the room, the floor, the toilet; the bathroom - E V E R Y thing was dirty and has definitely not been cleaned before the room was given to us. there were stains in the toilet, animals on the floors. only because of this accommodation, we did not enjoy our holiday to the fullest. hygiene is definitely a foreign word in relation to this property.

Not very clean, stains in the sheets and in the towels. Insects on the floor.

Absolutely nothing. This place is run by a horrible, greedy person. Travelers beware: it’s not worth it.

-Bedbugs in Room 4!! Absolutely gross. -The mattress springs are popping out so it hurts to sleep at night. -The owner charges you for a ceiling fan that’s already permanently installed, so it’s not like you can opt out of this option, plus it’s sweltering hot and mosquito infested. -The whole property looks like a brothel. It is so poorly maintained and looks like it’s from the 1940s, not in a nice vintage kind of way

The staff were horrible And rude - we dealt with a middle aged poorly presented Russian woman. The soap dispensers were empty upon arrival. There was sand on the floor upon arrival. There was an almost empty bottle of shampoo left behind from previous occupants. We were charged 80 euro for being late when we had a 2 hour delayed flight - fortunately for us we had enough cash between us otherwise she threatened to make us sleep outside until we could gather enough cash. We were charged 86 euro for the city tax where it clearly states 33 euro on the confirmed booking details - which was also a compulsory cash payment. We had to ask numerous times for toilet paper, new towels and for the bins to be changed. The linen appeared dirty and unwashed. And to top it all off We were rudely asked to stop using our ceiling fan whilst we were in the peak of summer in 33 degree heat. This is not an unreasonable summary of the accommodation. Coincidently a local insinuated to us that this accommodation is not a pleasant place to stay and suggested we look for different accommodation.
