Great location, just a short walk from the stunning port and all the restaurants. Airconditioning and basic facilities are all you need for a comfortable stay. Private roof terrace was perfect for a sunny breakfast. A SPA grocery store is directly under the building so perfect for those last-minute supplies. Free parking.

A weird smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. It wasn't too unpleasant and you got used to it once you were in the room, but definitely noticed it every day.

Bring a king size fittet sheet if you want to use the beds as double. Please note that the water is not potable. Just a note - the TV has only German channels.

Clean and nice room, 3min walking far from restaurants and the trails do Cala Santanyi.

Perfect stay, but Cala Figuera a terrible place to arrive by bus. The only bus line is n° 516, rarely passing (almost 3h spent waiting for it on a holiday). The Best option is by far renting a car at Palma.

the bed is really comfortable, that’s the only thing that’s worth it there.

it’s next to two construction sites, extremely loud and noisy, working even on Sundays, the cleaning staff is even louder when they come at 7-8 in the morning and opened my room and walked in on us even though we didn’t want our room clean. I did complain about the noise outside and how I feel like I was ripped off. I complained about how the cleaning team was loud and yelling in the morning, the cleaning person started yelling at me telling me if I want to sleep till 9 „on my vacation!“ I have to go the beach or to somewhere else, I asked why are they being rude, they yelled even more and said they’ll get the police and started insulting me, then owner came, and my oh my, he was yelling and spitting like a mad man, saying they hold the right to admission and that I should pack and leave. I asked for the rest of my money for the nights I already payed he refused and kept on being rude. Then the „manager“ said if we want the money back we have to call Booking.com and tell them that it was „consensual” to check out if we want our money back. and thanks to the support team of booking.com we got the rest of our money back. one more thing, they own the supermarket downstairs and they take advantage of their clients, products are extra expensive for nothing. Shower drain was blocked, no water pressure. that was the worst hotel experience ever, not even worth 20€ per night. Never go there, that’s my recommendation.

The property was very clean and even though small, it had all facilities. Kitchen with working kettle, coffee machine etc…

It was amazing, there was AC, microwave, cooking utensils, a balcony. Walking distance to a beautiful harbour. A convenient store right next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly. Amazing value for money. Would highly recommend.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Some salt, pepper, sugar, oil for cooking would have been appreciated.

Super spacious,clean and quiet place with basic tools for cooking. Really enjoyed our time in tze apartment - which we luckily got booked into after first misunderstanding. Very supportive staff, we would come again

The fact that the entry door was always open so anyone could come and go into the apartment area. Especially if signs indicated that the hotel is not responsible for the apartment's potential robberies and break in's. But we still had a pleasant time and all was good. Maybe install some safes in the apartments?

The room was very comfortable. The kitchenette was also great, all the necessary kitchen supplies. Lots of free street parking around. Very nicely located between lots of amazing beaches. Would definitely recommend.

The walls were a little thin, could sometimes hear guests in the other rooms. But was not a big problem at all for us.

Nice apartment with terrace, clean and with easy parking. Close to small fishing harbor and supermarket.

Good location. Clean. Free parking in the street in front of the apartments. Good enough for a short stay.

Too little space. Especially the bathroom was extremly small. There was a bit of kitchen equipment, but it was tricky to wash it in such a small bathroom. There was no space for drying wet clothes.
