The Palazzo is in an excellent, central location and we were delighted with our choice of accommodation from the time we arrived until the time we left! Robyn and Max are so friendly, helpful and welcoming and the room itself is comfortable, well appointed and incredibly clean.

The location was good close to town.

It was quite noisy as close to busy road and suggest something is done to block out the noise in the wall from the upstairs drain as sounded like a river running through my room at 10pm when upstairs had a shower.

It was quality and very comfortable accommodation. I was touched by the provision of a small jug of milk each day - lovely.

Our unit was up 17 stairs...and very nice and quiet. But as 'senior' travellers, and because I have a damaged knee and because it was raining for the 3 days of our stay, the stairs were of concern. (And I am sure we could have moved downstairs had we asked).

Location, so easy to walk everywhere. Tom - the replacement Manger was great! He allowed us access to the laundry, offered use of a clothes line & clothes horse as we stayed for 4 nights! We had trouble with the bathroom tap and he was there within a flash! The deluxe studio had good kitchen facilities, a spa and housekeeping was done every day by 2 very obliging staff! Bed very comfortable!

Found it very noisy on the Friday & Saturday nights/ early mornings with people walking on the street! Not necessarily their fault!
