Location and Breakfast were satisfactory!

Breakfast was not up to what we have expected. Buffet it says but the variety was less and the service was little slow...if the above all taken care, property will be good. As property is older, veranda's need light and the carpets needed little more care in terms of cleanliness.

The helping nature of the staff. They arranged a cab for my return journey when I was not getting Ola/Uber early in the morning.

Food is just ok

We chose the property because it is centrally located, have us access to nearby areas. The Regency was great for breakfast.

The decor needs an overhaul….cracked porcelain sinks, no hand towels in the bathroom, peel and wallpaper peeling, looks old and drab.

Compared to our last stay in South Park, the price has gone up steadily. Expect reasonable pricing for future visits.

Nothing

The staff was not able to communicate. Inspite of my request to give silent room, the reception person Arun gave us noisiest room in the hotel. There was a DJ party going on just above my room at 3 am night and hotel people couldn't stop it. Finally I had to change my room at 3.30 am and I couldn't sleep for the entire night. Me and my executive had gone for work but couldn't complete our work as we were tired due to sleepless night. Mosquitoes were there in the room which was also a problem. Rooms were not clean and bathrooms were having taps like a very cheap hotel

Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious.

Location is good. Centre of city and easy to get around.

The whole hotel has a strange foul smell. Room smells damp and musty. Very old furnishings that don't seem clean. Shower has no ledge to hold toiletries. No bathrobe, slippers given. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. More like a 2 star.

The location is the best thing about the hotel- easy to go shopping or travel. Breakfast, I would say is OK, not excellent. Only expect to see the same items every day if you are staying for more than a day at the hotel.

Rooms are not clean, the entire building requires a lot of maintenance, and the lift makes you feel that you are in the sea "swirling". I am still unsure, how they get the 5 Star rating. My request to Booking.com would be not to list the property with a 5-star rating. The staff tries to make you feel that you are at a 5-star hotel, but at times their behavior makes you think otherwise. Another annoying thing was the noise coming from the party area on the rooftop. There is no courtesy to either keep the voice low as you can feel the beating inside your room or else at least inform the guests in advance.
