The staff were great. Room was big and very comfortable. Able to open a window for fresh air (bonus points for that). Excellent location. Good parking as well.

Liked everything about this property, The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms, staff and facilities were great.

The owner/ reception was so very helpful and understanding when we arrived a little later than expected

Staff were proactive in communicating with us about arriving late - key drop etc. the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable.
If I had one complaint it would be that I don’t particularly like soap and shower get coming out of dispensers in the wall but that’s a minor thing

Room set up was great, nice large room, great heating and fabulous bathroom, We had dinner at the restaurant, food was very good, unfortunately my husband had to wait quite a while for his dinner, but other than that staff were great and very apologetic.
We found the beds to be a little hard for our liking. They were well appointed and large, but would have liked something a little softer. Also heard a lot of road noise during the night.

I felt the meal was pretty ordinary - ordered a prawn salad and that is what i expected, instead received seasoned prawns with chips and salad as a side.
Chose to purchase my dinner elsewhere on the second night only to use the in-room microwave to heat the meal and discover there was no cutlery in the room despite facilities to heat a meal?
