Convenient location

Traffic noise very noisy. I think it was the plumbing also making noises. Impossible to close the gaps in the curtains to block the stairwell night lights making the room too light for sleeping and the light also reflected in on the wall mirror. No information booklet for food options, what’s on where etc. I bought takeaway and had nothing in the room to eat it on or with. There was only one teaspoon to eat with and no dishwashing liquid to wash it for a cuppa. No extra blankets only the light one on the bed.

We didn't get the opportunity to find out.

Large comfortable room. Bed appeared brand new and is the best we have slept in for years

Beds were comfy. Walking distance to shops. Very roomy for the 5 of us.

Very convenient location. Perfectly comfortable. Clean, good condition. Comfy bed. Good shower.

The price for a family room was very reasonable. The four single beds for the kids was great, no bed sharing. All the beds were comfy. Great location.

The hot water in the shower dropped out after 30 seconds. It was annoying but I’m sure this is something they can easily fix.
