Location was great, apartment was clean and they have lot's of storage and they recently installed a washing machine which was great. Definitely a nice place to stay but it's new and I think the owners need to work out a few kinks.

They advertises air conditioning but it doesn't work - you can't control the temperature in the room. It got VERY hot in the room. The blinds were broken and they were going to fix them "next" week. They knew the blinds were broken before we came but chose not to fix them before our arrival. They install new blinds the next day but they really need light blocking blinds or your woken up with the birds. The frying pan doesn't work with the electric stove. The towel drying rack in the bathroom doesn't work. the bed is a bit stiff and the pillows feel like a bunch of cotton balls stuffed in a sack. We also asked for a hair dryer in advance of arrival and they provided it the next day after we already bought one.
