Bed was clean and comfy, room was clean. Coffee supplied was enough for one cup each, not stacks as per pictures. We had a cup on arrival and nothing thereafter
The noise was shocking and no staff enforced the "Strictly no noise after 10pm" rule. I called reception at 2:21am to ask why so much noise.

Nothing, room was not serviced. Bedding and towels were dirty. After complaining they said they cleaned it. We showed them the pictures taken before they cleaned. It was never cleaned. They tried to hide it. Will never book there again. Disgusting!!

placed at the room at the entrance of the hotel, when it got noisy it became unbearable. I would think that it is awful place to lodge especially because payment was done in advance and in all my entire bookings this was my first time to experience such. I am awfully disappointed and trust booking.com to rectify this

We had a problem with a blockage in our shower and it was quickly resolved as we were transferred into another room of a similar type to they one we had booked.

late check in close to airport, staff were polite and professional.
no elevator. no snack bar or vending machine to buy water or something after 10pm. room damp smell, linen looked old worn, bed too soft, lack of decor and thoughtful touches like rooibos tea or a bottle of water.
