Hotel could use some upgrades/remodeling but in all nice, comfortable and breakfast was good

Room is old, power point is behind the bed side table, need extension cord on side bed in order to charge equipment.

The breakfast was good, and there are various collections of food types based on the ethnicities of the guests that cater to everyone's needs.
Even with all of the lights on, the inside lighting of the room was quite dim, necessitating the opening of the curtain.
I was unable to finish the reserved period due to a variety of factors, and the entire amount paid was not refundable.

I liked that the hotel room was spacious, and the cleaning staff was polite. Few options
I stayed at this hotel recently and while I appreciated the overall experience, I must mention that the staff at reception areas could benefit from additional training in guest relations. Unfortunately. I encountered some issues during the check-in process, as the reception staff did not display a particularly friendly attitude. In fact, at one point, one of the staff members was rather rude when I inquired about breakfast choices. Instead of addressing my concern promptly, they instructed me to wait in line with other check in guest who had just arrived.
This level of service is not what I would expect from a hotel that claims to be a five-star establishment.

The privileged location, near the sea and the Robinsons Complex, many American, Chinese and Arabic restaurants. It is my favorite hotel in Manila since 2012 and I book it for us. The hotel is very special and excellent. Good luck

Rooms need updating. Included breakfast at the Diamond club lounge only with no option to have it at the main buffet unlike other hotel's club options.

1 The room was spacious and comfortable.
2 Breakfast was good with a vast array of dishes, however the staff need to be a little more attentive to the requests of the guests.
When we checked into the hotel, our bags was not sent up to the room. I waited for 10 minutes for it and then had to call the front desk to have it delivered to the room.
The bath room bench top was not cleaned properly, as there were water stains all over.
On the second day after our tour, when we came back to the room at about 8pm,I was quite shocked to see that the room was not cleaned. The coffee cups were not washed, the bed was partially made, the water bottles were not replenished. I complained to the management about it. After 45 minutes Room service turned up wanting to clean the room. At 915pm what a joke.

Staff are very welcoming, friendly and very helpful...main door Staff very efficient...rooms are spacious and clean. I will stay here again and will recommend this hotel to anyone.
You could perhaps put more breakfast selections, would be nice to have more of local delicacies. A noodle counter would have been nice too.

I was staying at the executive suite and everything I went to try to go to the buffet the line was 50 to 60 people in line you treated the public the same as a paying customer I payed alot of money to stay at the best room but the service for the buffet was the worst

location, generally staff tried to assist but I believe they were understaffed.
no answer when you call the service hotline. you need to walk down to reception to ask for wake up call. ordering from room service was a nightmare. no one answers, or they call you much after you order to let you know they don’t have the dish requested. I was on a business trip and had to sleep late at night as my dinner took ages to arrive. The staff tried their best but they were definitely overwhelmed and could not deliver! The intention and spirit to serve was there but at some point apologies did not help me to get the service I expected. I understand cultural considerations but would have loved to have more halal options due to my religious dietary requirements. One unfortunate incident was when I was in a nearby mall, I was approached by one of the ‘bell staff’ of the hotel who was quite upfront that he knows me as a guest. After a short talk, he mentioned that it was his child’s birthday and would I give him some money to buy something for his child. Uncomfortable with this request, I declined and moved away but he kept following me until I had to duck into an outlet to avoid him. I reported this to the duty manager when I returned to the hotel. incidentally, I had a similar situation at another hotel when I visited years before.

Staff attitude
To start with, the facility smell weird, the hallway going to ur room smells bad… like really bad. Not vented and no AC, imagine a humid hallway with thick dirty carpets 😩
Breakfast selections were very limited, 1 station for making eggs, few asian dishes, a small variety of bread, and a couple choices of cheap fruits.
My room was not cleaned properly, (u will always find crumbs from a night before on ur carpet), and counters stays dusty. In terms of comfort in ur room, good luck putting ur room AC fan speed to medium, the noise is more like a rusty truck running in ur room.
And yes, you will definitely notice a lot of staff wearing torn uniforms specially during breakfast 😳
