No lamp in the lounge area for reading.

Whole apartment building very old. Paint flaking on balustrades. Stairs were not maintained and cobwebs everywhere. Studio apartment needed a spring clean. Throw pillows had hairs all over the back, and only two pillows. Freezer in fridge totally iced up.

Good size TV

This place needs a lot of attention, especially the wardrobes they have a very strong odor, flyscreens are full of dust the aircon is making noise, broken bathroom door lock, can not use 2nd room light and fan due to missing remote control.....

Arrived after many hours of travel at 4.30. Reception closed. Mobile number to call. Rang the number 3 times. No one answered. Luckily a man in another apartment opened a security box and found 2 keys. Had to guess which key was ours. 30 mins later got a text from someone to apologise, she had sent our arrival details to the wrong mobile number. So lucky the man helped us. I presume the man who helped us contacted lady. Room was very small. Only the bed to sit on, uncomfortable stools. Noises next door from other room. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The location was exceptional. Also convenient for the event for our stay.

No contact with staff there was no one. Left a message because things were missing and we needed an iron to prepare for a wedding but no one responded. Cutlery incomplete.

Nothing

Spent 2 nights in a very basic, very small room. No towels in the room, asked twice and my messages were ignored. Towel rail fell off in my hand when I put my own towel on it ! Property light right outside the door, was on all night shining through the door. Had to dodge the 100 bugs on it to get in the door. Wont be coming back.

The view from the room was lovely however I was hopeful having more of a river view. The room was clean and tidy Staff service was prompt and friendly.

The inconvenience of not having hot water for showers for 3 out of my 4 day stay. However I am pleased that a refund will be issued to compensate for this. There was no soap left for washing hands in the bathroom. The teabags/coffee/sugar stash hadn't been fully stocked.

Fabulous views over the river, and at night magnificent sunsets. Good hotel within walking distance and easy driving to other locations.

The location. The unit was old-style but beautifully presented and extremely comfortable and suited 3 single women very well. Views of the river and ocean and a short walk to a hotel and riverbank walk.

Parking adequate but tight for larger SUVs.
