The night staff that was attending named paul was exceptionaly helpful and extremely polite

All staff friendly,hardworking and nothing was to much trouble....Paul the night security/porter helped me a great deal and is an asset to the hotel....He and all staff acted in a very professional manner at all times...
The Breakfast had gone up from £10.00 to £15.00 since I was last there in June....

the breakfast was £15 per person and was awful. didn’t enjoy it at all. tv was in a strange position for the room could hardly see it. lamp switches not near the bed and had to get out of bed to switch on or off. the place smelled funny in general

good quiet location, but the main draw to return was how amazing the staff were. the receptionist and the lovely lady behind the bar could not have been more welcoming. a real reason to return.

the photos made this place look posh and quiet and relaxed it was far from it. I’ve heard all the other residents have sex. when we arrived there was a wedding so we couldn’t eat which was the one thing we were looking forward too most. the walls are paper thin. the room was distressed and the mattress had springs popping out. absolutely nothing that we wanted scruffy as hell. the receptionist recommended is somewhere to eat and it was just aweful
