The cabins were clean and relatively modern.

Wifi was not connected to the internet for the full week of my stay. With the poor mobile reception at the location, this was annoying.

finding that I was given two keys to two different properties. finding that the place had not been exterminated. There were insects everywhere and I had to buy my own insect service spray. I’ve removed 5 huntsman which was a big feat for me because I’m terrified of spiders! also I have removed 2 crickets and a pray mantis. In saying all this it was very peaceful. with the complimentary breakfast I was not aware it that I had to drive to montvillve. I had no idea there was another establishment there. Maybe I should have booked into there establishments instead of here but then I probably would not have got the peace and quiet here.

Did not like opening the windows because of so many cobwebs. Could be given a sweep of a broom before guests arrived.

Looked like a refurbished school camp, no map to show where our cabin was, pool all locked up, wifi very intermittent, the whole place looked a bit run down. Very ordinary for the price

Location - able to do 20 minute walk to Mapleton for dining out. Comfy bed. Clean.

Pool always had (working) cleaning equipment in it. Mind you - we were the only guests at the time.

That our room was upgraded, staff very friendly and communicative, location, peaceful and quiet.

A perfect place in nice and calm environment for a group of people to enjoy a holiday. House was very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed rooms, well designed bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living areas were good enough for the group.

The cabin was not very clean. There were dead bugs and cobwebs on the ceiling, windows and floors. Our cabin had a gap under the laminate floor outside of the bathroom that had cockroaches crawling in. The property grounds were messy and required some care.

Clouds Mapleton was the perfect venue for our Planning Weekend. The property was spacious and comfortable. The scenery around it was ideal.

Hassle free, neat and clean accommodation perfect for family outing. Location is excellent, breakfast inclusion was great option.

I know it’s in a bush/rainforest location, but it could of been cleaner on arrival. With cobwebs, dead and live bugs in the apartment.

Gorgeous setting in the rain forest with the sounds of the animals. Easy to find property with easy access. Spacious house that easily fit all our party and so very comfortable.

The house was a good set up for our 2 families, the space worked well and, the beds were comfortable.

The fact that the windows couldn't open was a bit of a shock, considering this isn't cheap accommodation and a locksmith could have it sorted in less than an hour. The pool was very dirty so even though it was a warm weekend we weren't able to swim which was a draw card of the property for us.

The location is perfect for exploring the hinterland. The units are clean and beautifully arranged to give an illusion of privacy in a wonderful forest location, complete with a frog filled lilly covered pond. Delightful! Despite it's faults I'd stay again.

No information was provided about the facilities. (For example I accidentally found a laundry facility on my last day) It was extremely difficult to get an answer to a question because the phone was rarely answered and there are no staff on site. Because of the location (forest) I wasn't entirely surprised to see bugs inside. I had no objections to the millipedes, just helped them outside. The huge cockroach however was a bit more disturbing. (I excused it, with the recent rainfall.) More importantly for my business, the wifi was weak, and mobile data barely worked at all. This is fine if you are seeking a spot of seclusion from the world, but not if keeping in touch is important. On a final note the apartment sleeps 4- 6 people. (We were 4) however the hot water is barely sufficient for 1 person.

Not enough hot water for a family of 4. When we realeasied, the next day we made sure we had very short showers and still couldnt get four of us through

The house was very clean, we really enjoed it very much, the fireplace was amazing and kept the house nice and warm. The location was great and close to everythinh. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The photos dont really do justice, the place looks much nicer than the photos.

Not enough pots to cook, i mean not at all. A very small pan to fry 2 eggs in it. And being a big house you would expect big families to live there, but not a big pot to cook a family meal. I was a bit dissapointed with the kitchen utensiles....
