Outdated, bad parking

The pools although one was closed off for the kids and babies.

I left money on the kitchen table and the cleaner did not hand it in obviously stole it $500 cash The elevators are terrible sometimes don't work or takes you to every level before your level. Balcony was tiny expected bigger for $900 anight!!

Good room size, nice balcony with beach glimpses/view.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel but apart from the lovely beach I don’t like Surfers Paradise , it’s sleazy and cheap looking. I won’t be visiting it again.

Great location, clean and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure which hardly ever happens in a hotel and the products were Crabtree & Evelyn! Fabulous!

Buffet breakfast was fantastic

Checkout was terrible, tv in room had to be fixed on 3 seperate days and still didn't work, room wasn't even cleaned on one day and apart from giving linen to make our own bed and fresh towels staff didn't help on that occasion, very loud noise causing disturbed sleep from road below.

Great location, just few walks to all restaurants and beach and almost everything. Great view as well.

Exceptionally clean. Fine details thought of. The comfiest mattress in the world. Thank you all at the Hilton for having my Back! Will definitely be staying with you again in the future.

Location and food

Some benches/sofa near lifts would be great.. especially the lifts in car park..due to the long wait at times (mostly during checkout times)

The location was great for what we were wanting.

Unfortunately I believe the bed has bedbugs or dust mites as something was biting us all night while in bed

Buffet breakfast is insane and location was great. Staff were always very helpful especially at reception and the spa treatment I had was amazing.

I only liked the cleaning.

1. Advertising vs. Reality: The room didn't match the promotional photos, leading to disappointment. 2. Parking Fees: Charging guests for parking was surprising and not previously disclosed. 3. Room Setup for Three Guests: The room was prepared for two despite booking for three, requiring additional arrangements for bedding and amenities. 4. Unexplained Charge: I noticed an unexplained $10 charge on my account, which needs clarification.

Clean, nice views

Phone didn’t work, tv wasn’t working properly, one kitchen cabinet door would stay closed and was annoying had to keep closing it only to reopen. App for room service didn’t confirm order so dessert never arrived. Waited an hour only to ring and say it didn’t go through.

it was the perfect location, right in the heart of the gold coast , the hotel pool area was beautiful, and relaxing , we loved our stay

that there wasn't a smoking area in the motel, we had to keep going outside the hotel , when your 10 floors up ,its a bit of a mission

Location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Surfers so don’t complain about the noise with the door open as you are in the thick of the nightclub area. Fantastic outdoor pool area. Short easy walk to the beach.

The room service menu has a very limited selection and needs to be reviewed.

Location is brilliant. Cafe in there, Margot is wonderful and so are the staff. Buffet breakfast & staff were gorgeous.

Not worth the amount. Towels were so awfully scratchy & stained. Dated apartment. Didn’t have the wow factor - are these apartments part of the Hilton brand though? I’m not sure..Staff were very blasē & nonchalant about our needs. Each time we approached them it felt like we were bothering them.

The location was great, the size of the room was standard, lovely balcony. I was expecting a little more 'pizazz' for the price to be honest. It was good but not amazing.

Can't put my finger on it, we received a complimentary upgrade so very grateful - either way the cost of a room was probably more about the location and facilities as opposed to the plushness of the room itself. Nothing wrong, just missing a little 'zing' in the room

The pool options were good. The property is in a great location straight out the door and your in the middle of the Gold Coast.

There was no clear information about the sofa bed to be made up for kids to sleep on it. When I checked in I was asked if I wanted it made up and I said yes as there was 2 adults and 3 kids. So yes we would need it. We had booked the 2 bedroom unit advertised as sleeps 6, to me if it sleeps 6 and I book for 5 this would include the sofa being made. I was told it was going to cost me $45 for sheets and pillows for it to be made. When asked I was told kids are free to stay and this is why I would have to pay. I checked everywhere in the booking information and no where does it say kids stay free. As it we had been waiting for our room to be made and stating not to make the sofa bed up as that is a rip off. We had to wait until nearly 4pm for our room to be ready. Thank you to the manager who waived the extra fee in the end, but started out stay either a bed taste. There needs to be clearer information regarding kids staying free and what the extra charges for.

Breakfast was nice and location

Rooms weren’t cleaned properly, all pools were very cold even the indoor pool, kids play pool was out of action and we wasn’t told and we booked it for a family trip.

There was an old or mouldy smell in the room. Probably needs a full carpet clean or it's the smell from the bathroom. It appears the bathroom wasn't freshly clean. Only towels was replace and a quick wipe down. The reason I say that if it was freshly clean then there would not be any smell.

The view was amazing and the hospitality we got from all the workers very good. It was my 40th birthday dinner and everything went very well.
