Close to everything. The fact I'd booked one bedroom and I'd been allocated two bedrooms, at no extra cost.

The pool being so close to the road. Also it was very noisy at times.

The hotel was fantastic ..... Everyone was so friendly , I will definitely book for next year.

we have an ongoing issue where the property pre authorised our payment then cancelled the payment, and the funds are still on hold. The hotel say their bank have returned the funds to us but as yet we haven’t had the money back and have since had to pay again for the accommodation. To be fair to Maria at the hotel, she has been very helpful in trying to help us resolve this. My only other negatives were the poor quality air conditioning and the room wasn’t always cleaned to a very good standard (though not bad enough that we had to complain).

The staff are all helpful and friendly. The pool bar is a massive bonus with excellent food and drinks all at very good prices. The pool is perfect with a nice vibe and the locations could not be better.

We had a two bedroom family apartment and the air con really only covered one bedroom.

Vanessa Hotel was an amazing way to start my travels. It was very close to the airport and easy to get too. Located in a cute, busy town it was easy to walk around. If you need something there are various stores around to go to. The street has a lot of food options too! The staff at Vanessa were lovely people and I was happy to have made friends there. The folks working at the bar were very welcoming and fun. Even though my stay was short, I will remember it with fond memories.

The hotel is in a central location, close to a vast array of restaurants, shops and bars. The pool bar served fabulous food and drink - a large menu to choose from.

Would have preferred a larger pool area but you can't have everything.

the staff was very helpful and the bar downstairs catered for all we needed I would just of preferred a room on the front my mum had a great room sun all day on veranda where mine was shady all day

Staff was great and really flexible. Hotel was good for the price bucket and the rooms are on the big side, righ in the middel of Kalamaki strip.

Very good staff the barmen Lampros and Ana Maria is superb!!
