The location is central and the neighbourhood is safe and enjoyable, The restaurants near by are VERY good. Unfortunately the pool and gym are closed right now.

The gym being closed for renovation was understandable, but hopefully it will be ready when I return.
The staff were amazing and the car park facility was fantastic.
The location is great too, as a lone traveller it's nice to have somewhere to go in the evening rather than stay in the room.
Breakfast was good, but some more hot options other than egg would be nice like bacon or sausage and hash brown etc.
The pool was a great facility to have and with it being raised up it was very private.

asked for water in the morning before we left by the time we came back still didn’t have it, asked for it again and lady looked at me as if i was entitled.

Restaurant it is terrible, extremely slow, issues in following instructions, cold food, not tasty at all.
Beds are so hard! Maybe would be better to sleep on the floor
Also the description on Booking does not match what you will find on the bedrooms. I book a room with two queen beds and the beds were 1.5

A striking design in a central location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.
Built in 2009, this white elephant of a hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and a makeover. The pool and gym are no longer in operation and the bedrooms are looking shabby around the edges. The attached casino pumps out loud music until 3am, which we could hear on the 8th floor.
