mattress was not comfortable-felt like sleeping on springs couch was old,sunken and could feel timber frame-worn through place is run down and tired massage not good -

The staff at the resort were so welcoming and accommodating from the moment we got there. The resort grounds gave us the promised Bali experience, in Broome! The room was spacious and the well stocked kitchen/laundry amenities were fabulous! It was a great base, especially with the outdoor space and BBQ. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay. The pool was very clean and pool grounds very welcoming and clean.

The room was a little tired, with holes that were yet too be fixed, the curtains not in good condition/dirty and the bbq was very greasy/dirty. The bed was also old and felt old with a sharp spring coming out the side. Pillow covers also had black marks on it. The safe needs to be bigger, especially in Broome. We couldn't even fit our Samsung tablet in there.

Restaurant was closed however no non-alcoholic drinks were available including jugs of water. Housekeeping were unable to prioritise cleaning our room to enable us to access. Prioritising cleaning is standard practice in accommodation where management skills is present

Restaurant not open for breakfast, lunch and all dinners. Fans and AC were very noisy.

Great restaurant if you can get a booking.
