so peaceful definitely need a car as it’s away from town and away from restaurants

no restaurant or little cafe on site if staying around the pool for a period of time even a couple of vending machines would be good, one with snacks and the other with drinks (maybe at the back of reception).

Studio was stunning. The gardens were literally magic. Loved it.

Honestly the whole property felt like a tropical oasis, it was absolutely beautiful and I wish we had stayed longer than 3 nights! My partner and I had recently got engaged before our trip to the Billi and Rachel so kindly upgraded us to the King room with aircon and all I can say is just WOW, the room was breathtaking and the aircon was definitely needed so we are eternally grateful. They even popped a bottle of bubbles in the fridge for us which was just the cherry on top of the whole experience. We will for sure be back in the future ☺️

There wasn’t anything not to love! They even have laundry facilities on site which was a bonus with us travelling WA

This was a really nice resort, it’s set amongst beautiful gardens with very peaceful surroundings. The communication from the Billi was appreciated especially since we were arriving early, they messaged me that our room was ready and we could check in. Staff were very friendly and really gave a personal touch. We had a two bedroom villa which was lovely and clean and had everything you needed for our stay. We all said what a great sleep we had in our beds.I loved that they had large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc to use instead of those small tubes you normally get in hotels. Pool was very inviting however absolutely freezing so unfortunately we couldn’t use it.

Loved everything about this resort, pool was a little small and in winter (we stayed in July) it was freezing so you could not swim in it. If you have children this may impact on your stay.

overall grounds and room were well presentented and well equipped, especially in the kitchen.

Locks on doors especially rear door was difficult to operate. Not great, with all the security warnings provided. The so called Glamping tents were very cold (it was unusually cool temps at the time). Plenty of bed linen, but very heavy when all on bed, so uncomfortable. So, poor value for the money.

Brilliant place to stay . The tents were fantastic . Super comfy beds . Beautiful gardens . Peaceful surrounds . Rachel at reception was super helpful and friendly . Nothing was too much trouble . Highly recommend

The bed was extremely comfortable and the tent was very nice with greenery all around and fresh air wafting through. Room was very clean. The grounds were lovely and very well maintained.
