Location was outstanding.

The hotel provided a generally comfortable stay, with two of the beds meeting our expectations and offering a decent level of comfort. However, the third bed was notably uncomfortable. I expected that the swimming pool will be a few steps away, but apparently it was at least 10 minutes walk. A bit too crowded because shared with other hotels and general public.

Das Hotel wirbt mit dem Pool welcher aber 1km zu Fuß entfernt war. Das Bett und die Matratze war die unbequemste und ekligste auf der ich je geschlafen hatte... Die Fenster und Türen waren gut dünn, sodass die Bar "in" und vorm Hotel extrem laut waren und erst ab 00:00 / 01:00 Uhr langsam Ruhe einkehrte... abgesehen von der stark befahrenen Straße direkt vor der Tür mit zahlreichen Schlaglöchern... die Autos die dort trotzdem rüber gebretter sind, haben öfters vom Schlaf abgehalten! Innen im Hotel gab es 1 Lift der aber nie gekommen ist. Blieb einfach stehen d.h. immer Treppen gehen und es gibt sehr viele Etagen.. Also mit viel Gepäck, Kindern oder ältere ist das schon nervig gewesen.. Die Lage ist top aber das war's auch dann schon...

Esperienza pessima in questo hotel, se così si può chiamare. Stanza letteralmente lercia, polverosa, con numerose macchie marroni sul pavimento. Tv non funzionante e rumore continuo di acqua che gocciola proveniente dal water, ovviamente ciò ha impedito il buon riposo. Ciò che è stato ancor più squallido di questa indimenticabile esperienza, è stato il furto delle mie AirPods da parte dell’addetto alle pulizie, di cui ancora attento riscontro dopo aver effettuato una segnalazione sia alla reception sia all’e-mail dataci in struttura.

Bra beliggenhet og super utsikt over havnen. Hyggelig personale og grei frokost. Juiceene kunne smakt bedre, ellers bra utvalg.

Det bråker en del fra gaten utenfor. Aircondition laget dessverre en del støy også så vi måtte velge om vi ville sove med støy enten utenfor eller innenfra. Heisen var litt rar, havnet noen ganger i feil etasje.

Cena pobytu była zupełnie nieadekwatna do standardów. Jedynie lokalizacja na duży plus. W hotelu do sprzątania nie jest używany odkurzacz. Prośba personelu o cokolwiek wyamagala dużej cierpliwości lub zupełnego nierealizowania prośby. Duże pokładałam nadzieje w tym miejscu. Plus za sam Pokoj-wygodne łóżko i panująca przestrzeń z pięknym widokiem. Zdjęcia na stronie booking wprowadzają w błąd.

Zdjęcia hotelu na waszej stronie nie adekwatne do rzeczywistości, po przyjeździe dostaliśmy pokój beż balkonu, po interwencji zmiana na pokój z balkonem ale bez leżaków!! Basen , kilkaset metrów od hotelu! Ogólnie bardzo głośno (dwupasmową ulica, restauracja z głośna muzyka do późna w nocy ). OKROPIEŃSTWO

Hotel carino ( qualità prezzo) camera molto grande , tutto il personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. Hotel davanti al porto e alla fermata taxi e autobus. Tutto milito semplice. Vicinissimi centri commerciali e alimentari. Piscina convenzionata nel mare compresa. Tornerò lì sicuramente.

Not a single thing.

The room was dirty with stains on the walls and the mold was all over the bathroom. Banging noises from the elevator and hallway doors have repeatedly woken me through the night and around 7-8 in the morning I was woken up by the hammering noises. To make the matter worse, upon waking, I noticed that the very old refrigerator has leaked water on the floor which I cleaned with towels. Throughout the day I experienced an itchy feeling all over my body and the redness appeared on my arms. I have reported these problems twice to reception and got an answer that the hotel is fully booked and there are no other rooms available. Feeling desperate about staying at this hotel for another night I decided to check out after the first night and found another accommodation even though I originally booked for 3 nights. I was staying at this hotel as a part of a larger group and I found out that one of my colleagues had gotten an allergic reaction to her room and had to check out while other colleagues requested for room changes and to be transferred to another accommodation. When confronted, management had no understanding of my situation and refused to refund me for the two nights that I was not staying at the hotel so this experience has, in addition to the inconveniences described, caused me additional expenses for the substitute accommodation that I had to book.

Breakfast was great - lots of variety and buffet style. Good location for getting to other places.

The pool was not on site and this wasn’t clear when booking. You have access to a local pool but this is only open 10-6 so not suitable for after a day out like a hotel pool would be. Bed uncomfortable and lift very noisy and unreliable.

They have the best location, with the best view in Malta. Great staff, very polite, welcoming and helpful. Very good value for money, you are right next to the bus station, from where you can go anywhere on the island. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I believe we was upgraded from what we originally booked as room size was much bigger than one indicated in booking. The view was to inner courtyard, it did ensure peaceful sleep. Plenty to choose from at breakfast - vegetarian and nonvegetarian. The location is very convenient - close to bus stops and ferry stop to Valetta. The price includes access to Aqualuna pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Overall good experience.

Would recommend to update hair dryer as it is ancient and takes ages to dry hair. Also didn't have the bath mat and had to use towel. Tho when addressed this to front desk they quickly arranged it.

Perfect location, wonderful view. Ships are in front of the hotel. Fair breakkfast. Staff is very helpful and professional. Swimming option is also cool, do not miss it. Also visit the roof terrace.

Room is poorly equipped, however beds are comfortable. Balcony is fine. If you are lower levels, street is busy, but not all night. If you want something from the staff, do not be shy, we could arrange everything in the end.

Very noisy. The elevator makes way too much noise. My room was next to it and it literally wakes you up everytime someone uses it. Just in general very noisy.

Lift very noisy old dirty and slow could hear our neighbors and there tv, corridors where dirty carpets dirty, damp on walls paint falling off , sun loungers broken with holes.

Beautiful view of the harbour and Valetta. Close to the ferry, buses and restaurants. Good breakfast. In my opinion very good hotel for a short stay.

Love the foods

we're so disappointed. I don't expect too posh because it's not expensive hotel but cleanliness atleast .we transferred twice in another room.at first I found a dead cockroach (thanks God it's already dead) a then tlwe complained so they transfer us to another room looks nicers and bigger but then we found 3 bed bugs crawling under my blanket and the checked the bed framed we are so shocked what we found out there's some bed bugs hiding inside in tiny holes of the woods. so disgusting! but the management talked to us and promised to resolve the issue. so we're so stressed supposed to be we will relax to our 4 days vacation in Malta. I hope we are the last guest to encounter such horrible and disgusting time
