The location was great for the event we went to on the Great Ocean Road. Good heating. Good wifi Great shower because it has the old shower head Motel had a laundry which was good.

The decor is a bit dated Bed felt old because it was very springy. Vanity basin is so small shaving is difficulty and you had trouble filling the jug. No microwave in the room

Had everything we needed for one night.

Bed was not the most comfortable. Shower tray on the outside of the glass had a dirt trap and was not been cleaned for some time and ceiling light did not work (globe I suspect) so lights are not being being checked on changeover.

Excellent location, large room , great price, lovely lady on reception. Super soft and big towels.

Couldn't get SBS on TV ( not the fault of the motel owners ) There was a special show on which I wanted to see. Shower arm and rose both leaked... couldn't tighten it enough .

Beautiful room with fireplace and spa in the room. We were able to wash our clothes at the onsite laundry.

Very clean and the location was great. Walking distance to everything. Staff made you welcome.

The bathroom could have been upgraded. It had a bit of mould in the shower and the roof of the bathroom.

The bed! This place would’ve been an awesome place to stay if the bed was more comfortable.

The location is not in the centre of the city, but it is just fine if you have your own transport (you will have your own parking lot). The staff is superb, she is helpful and friendly which makes the stay comfortable. Tha facilities are good and complete (bed heater is very helpful in cold weather!). No lock for toilet and bathroom is a different culture for me (But I guess it's just fine in Australia?)

I am very satisfied with the room.
