Staff behaviour during flood conditions

Breakfast was great. Location is not that great. It is located on a busy road with lot of noise.

This hotel does not meet Sheraton standards. We had great expectations as a Sheraton hotel, but we were disappointed.

All staff were super friendly and helpful.It's a very welcoming place. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is good, a few restaurants and small shopping mall nearby. There's a nice little park almost next to the hotel. Close to the airport.

The bedsheets felt quite synthetic and the pillows were not that comfortable. No on-site outdoor space to relax. Breakfast is sufficient, but nothing special. No fresh fruits.

Breakfast was not very international. however, the coffee was really nice.

Breakfast don't come with my room book and have to be paid separately. I am fine with it until when I went for breakfast, the food variety and taste wasn't to my expectation.

Dry-fruits could have been included in the breakfast. Soap/Conditioner dispenser in the bathroom was not functioning properly.

Location was nice and staff was friendly. Rooms are cleaned and the facilities are good. The food quality was also nice.

Only the room size and space respect to price paid was not matching.
