Great location

Some of the rooms are looking a bit tired and dated - needs a refresh .

Next time I'll have to be very careful while booking through Booking.com. Room's location was very bad. They said it's a garden view but there wasn't any garden but a wall view. It happened with my past bookings for other properties also.

Warm welcome by the staff(Vipul) , clear guidance about the facilities I can use during the stay.very clean and calm atmosphere, Ceaning staff was always there. Whenever you need them to clean the room or need anything, Special mention of the staff from dining area, in the restaurants: (Nageshwar)* Nagesh goes above and beyond to help the guest in dining area (restaurants), I had special request of coconut water for my medicine reason. Nagesh, remember to bring as soon as I sit down on my table for breakfast. Thank you so much, Nageshwar. Seema helped with my questions and tried her best to resolve the issues. The hotel says it has noiseproof room, but it isn't. You can hear the conversation from corridoor.
