Everything about the stay was great. Room was spacious with all the adequate amenities, close to beach, various restaurants and sightseeing places. Food was also good, we celebrated our parents anniversary. I also loved the lavish breakfast spread. Special thanks to Akshay, Kaveri and Pavan from the restaurant, who helped in all our requests at the restaurant. Overall, thank you to all staffs in the hotel who made us feel welcomed and made our family trip extra special.

old carpet makes rooms smell like a soaked dog. hot water only in the morning (by evening only lukewarm). room service took 50 minutes for a beer and a club sandwich… Needs total refurbishing or a significative tariff discount.

Breakfast was amazing. Restaurant is located conveniently in the main lobby and staff was very professional and courteous and the food was exceptionally tasty.

I have spoken Miss Gayatri for room decoration and she have done extremely... I'm so happy for what she had done... Arranged everything with in the time... Well planning and staff were so helpful

the rooms needed upgrades the chairs were broken the lamp shared were torn the taps were leaking

Rooms are aesthetically designed. Loved the workspace for multiple laptops. Quiet atmosphere, lot of parking space and well designed lobby. Restaurants and the brew bar looked really good.

Very young staff, lot of trainees and most them are really good, natural at hospitality but few still need retraining.
