The air conditioning was off. It was very comfortable most of the time but there were times when it would have been nice to run the air conditioning.

This small hotel is a gemstone. I had a beautiful room with view to the garden and enjoyed a lot my mornings and evenings in the common “living room”. The house had an amazing atmosphere and it was so easy to get around from there. The nearest beach covered by white stones played its own music. The look from just in front of the house at the meeting of the Arno river and the sea was amazing too. I enjoyed to have a fridge and a kettle in my room. The room was big and the bed as well. I wish I could have stayed longer.

It is a well-maintained building both externally and internally. It also has a beautiful garden area where you can relax or have a picnic. Rooms are spacious and cleaned with great care. We had fantastic hospitality, we received all the help, and the guests are treated with great attention. Marina de Pisa is a real small Italian town with an excellent beach. A great starting point to explore Tuscany, close to Pisa, Florence or Cinque Terre. I would like to single out Elena, to whom we also thank for everything.

beautiful classic Italian house, with the loveliest staff. the room was spacious and clean with a little fridge which is so useful in the Italian summer heat.

A beautiful period style guest house that’s central to all restaurants, beaches and supermarket. Very comfortable beds with Air conditioned rooms. Very helpful Owner that’s eager to help with any questions you may have. The best place to stay in Marina Di Pisa!

The location of this property was amazing. directly opposite the Marina, and a very short walk to the beach and restaurants.

I could not fault this property.

Me & my partner stayed at Villino Ermione 3 nights. Helena, the hostess' hotel welcome us and showed us around, the system to check in was really easy, facilities met all our expectations. I fully recommend the hotel and Helena's attention to detail. Hopefully we'll come back again soon!

We had a lovely stay. Elena was very helpful all along our stay. She gave us many useful advise to discover Tuscany. Room was absolutely clean. Lovely garden.
