Friendly service and attentive personnel. the location was perfect, right on the beach. The apartment contained mostly everything needed for a family of four.
this place has lots of potential but seems a bit neglected. The kitchen cabinet was broken when we arrived and some of the furnishings were old and overall building seems not to be maintained well. There could be more amenities and eateries within the property and for the price , there could be housekeeping included.

Good location next to the beach.
Very nice and hospitable restaurant (Renato's) downstairs.
Good soundproofed rooms.
There was not always available parking space in the private parking lot although we had reserved it. Had to leave our car a couple of times to the very expensive public parking next to the apartment. Sometimes other residents got so frustrated about this that they parked their cars in the private parking anyway blocking other cars from leaving the parking space.

it is quite a long way from Amsterdam but that was also nice to get away from the city

Great location,easy to rent bikes
and nice places to eat close by.
We couldn’t close the curtains properly and the bathroom sometimes smelt of sewer.

Space was vast, bed comfortable, beautiful view of the beach and sea, shower plus bath, furnished kitchen
Bus are practical but not very frequent especially on sundays and evenings

I wrote in before stating that there was still construction going on when it clearly stated that it was completed before Nov 2022. I was recovering from surgery so it wasn't the best.

breakfast pretty basic should cater to vegan options. cleaning should be done daily considering the rate per night. parking should be free of charge and at least have electric charging station since more people drive electric these days.

The host/front desk is managed by two really nice lads. They are very friendly and nothing is to much. As a matter a fact you may ask them anything, they are very supportive.

The location, the space and all features within the apartment were great. The bathroom is amazing and love that you have an option of bath shower and sauna. The balcony is always a bonus and the views are amazing. Everything was clean and the apartment had everything we needed in order to accommodate our party of two, although could accommodate more. The kitchen had all appliances and utensils needed to cook everyday and I would like to add that the bed mattress size was 10/10 aswell as beyond comfortable.

The location is very nice, you are directly on the beach. Close to beach clubs and restaurants.
In general the Appartement could have been cleaner!
Broken wardrobe in the bedroom (Both doors).
Dishwasher was not working, the machine issued an alarm after 2 min and stopped the program.
Only one of the four cooking fields working (stove).
No response from the apartment staff on my complaint mails.
I don’t think this is acceptable for an Appartement in this price category.

The location, THE VIEW, the space, the privacy, awesome bathrooms, easy parking, elevator, it was perfect for 4 adults, relaxing deco, great private terrace.
Kitchen is minimalist with equipment if you like to cook, however what you find is good quality.

Okay guys, I had a nice stay but of course nothing is perfect, and for the price I expected a little more:
- more comfortable bed (had an Ikea fall in the split vibe)
- Price is very high, but I understand the location and demand is probably also incredible

Well located, easy access by transport, clean. Friendly staff, and its dog friendly which is awesome.
A tiny bit expensive for the room. Also, the room was next to the parking lot, ground level. That parking lot was directly connected to the room's balcony, separated by a tiny 50cm wall. Some people were just coming over and looking at us from the parking.

The apartment is very close to the Bloemendaal beach which is nice. I imagine the beach view apartments to have amazing views. The apartments are spacious (although two of the four guests will have to sleep on the sofa bed).
Our dune view apartment (and all of them will be like that) was facing the street. It was often very noisy with cars, people screaming, singing in the middle of the night. There were hour-long parties with loud music. We are good sleepers but did woke even us up, repeatedly. Also, the apartment is priced like a luxury hotel but it’s important to note you have absolutely no service. No cleaning, nothing. And after 5pm there is no one around to help. The apartment comes with a parking space (which is important as parking in the area is expensive) but other guests often use more than their designated parking spot. That means you don’t have anywhere to park. Because they leave at 5pm they have no way to check or help with this or offer a solution. It’s also important to know that most apartments don’t have any outside space. The apartment right below us did have a terrace and people were smoking extensively which meant we had to close our windows which wasn’t ideal as the apartment gets hot very easily due to its windows. There is airconditioning but it doesn’t work very well.

Monumental view of the sea and sunset from the balcony. Friendly staff in reception. Helped us excellently with small requests such as loose screw in our door handle to the balcony, letting my mom park on the property for a day etc.
No aircon in our bedroom. It was really warm the days we were there so we slept on the sofa bed downstairs in the living room one night because the heat upstairs was unbearable (28 degrees).

the apartment needs some update. Its not well maintained and roofterras could be a bit nicer.
The housekeeping is very loud in the morning.
