Very friendly staff, thank you. The rooms are a bit outdated but were clean, comfortable and large.

The smoking area across the car park meant all the smoke came into the unit. Could hear the TV next door.

We travel a lot for work and stay at a lot of motels and hotels. This one is one of the precious gems we've stayed at. Great value and close to everything.

Bad value for money charging $200 a night for a motel. Old aircon and fridge making annoying noises at night. Pool was badly maintained, water turned green. Staff unhelpful about noise complaints.

The room was comfortable and clean. The grounds were clean and the relief staff were friendly to what they could answer

It was unfortunate to arrive and be told that the chef had quit a week before our stay meaning there was no meal facilities on site. Being the Easter weekend it limited many options for meals. This should have been notified earlier so some arrangements could have been made I feel. Also the tv was not upgraded so the “featured” advertised channels were not available. The relief staff did attend to attempt to help fix but the issue wasn’t able to be fixed without owners/ mangers passwords. So even though this appears small it meant 80% of the “on offer” channels and services were not available. Lastly it appears some personal items were “misplaced” after cleaning had occurred. After mentioning the loss no reply has been given as to where the items are or if any investigation ever occurred

Motel is very clean, great location close restaurants and bars.

Managers Gary & Sharon were very nice & helpful. Sharon even accompanied us to the room.

Bottled water should be provided. No shops, newsagent, chemist, bank in so called Town Centre.

the bathroom was way too small , couldn’t use the mirror as basin in the corner and no space to leave toiletries. the bathroom also smelled very strong of Urin

Management were absolutely incredible. So friendly and helpful when we discovered we had a flat battery when we went to leave. Room was spotless, bed was very comfortable and shower water pressure was awesome.
