the Bluegum Dubbo is the best Motel I have stayed in Australia!! it has recently been completely renovated to a 5 star standard.
there was even a yoga mat in the room. Everything you could ever wished for was there. I would stay here again.

The owner was super helpful, suggesting attractions and places for dinner.
We chose the Pastoral Hotel, which was great as they had a complimentary bus with an energetic driver (Anthony) behind the wheel for pick up and drop off. The food there is amazing.
The location is perfect, we visited the Old Dubbo Gaol and the Zoo while there.
There is also a little bakery right across the street for coffee and breakfast.
We didn’t realise the pool wasn’t heated at all and was quite small.

The hosts Rob and Amanda were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they recommended the best places to eat and visit. Everything was made easily available to us.

noisy at times from neighbouring guests- someone left in their dar at 6am which woke me up.

Clean and warm room. Everything was to a high condition and the heated blanket was a god send. Great friendly staff.
