Some building technology made noise although e.g. ventilation was quiet.

The hotel was under construction, I arrived at 2.45pm and the receptionist made us wait till 3pm. I didn't say word Sat on the couch for 15 minutes listening to the drilling in the entrance.

The price is way too much for what you recieve, I will not return.

Some nights were very noisy, it sound like a machine. The towels were very old, they need to change it and the toilet seat was also old and small

First of all, the hotel seems quite new. Although small and boutique-like, the suites are quite big indeed. The location is awesome and it has security so felt safe all the time. Internet was super fast. The breakfast was nice and the guy in charge even made me some waffles. More importantly, the staff at the reception desk was incredible. All the ladies there were always patient and ready to help. I am sure I'll be back here if travelling again to Mexico City.

Despite the good location, not too many places to eat nearby. Also, the actual bedroom within the suite, might use additional lighting but it was fine anyway.

Blackout shades where perfect, very comfy beds and the sounds where blocked ion the room, the TVs have enough channels and the kitchenware is all that you need for a quick meal, head a great time and location.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. It was so comfortable and had EVERYTHING you'd need- fridge, microwave, cooker, ironing board, hairdryer. The room was very clean and they have nice blackout curtains, which for me is so important to get a good night's sleep. The 1 bedroom apartment is so big and spacious, could easily fit a family of 4! The windows do not open unfortunately but the air-conditioning works very well. The small gym on the ground floor was very nice and had good equipment. I also used the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room on the ground floor and my clothes smelt so nice and clean! The apartment is in a quiet area so no noise problems, but still you are only 10-15 minutes journey by car to the centre of Mexico City and most tourist sites. The reception is always manned so you can even leave your room keys when you go out. There is a Panda Express, a supermarket and more cafes just across the street. The buffet breakfast was great, chef Arturo was so nice and polite, he would explain what was on the buffet and recommend things for me to try. He was very kind and helpful and I appreciated it very much. I can't wait to visit again soon!

a very good location. Near to Chapultepec Forest, you can walk to the Anthropology museum. is an amazing place. the room is incredible, it has a kitchen so you can buy things to cook at night or morning (not for sophisticated dishes)

The location was absolutely perfect for our needs, quiet and away from most city noise while still very close to some interesting areas for visitors. We like to walk and were able to find many good restaurants in close proximity. The 2-bedroom suite was very roomy (for 3 adults) and has ample storage. The beds are wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There were times when we would have preferred to make a quick meal in the suite versus going out again after a day of sightseeing. The "kitchen" however was not workable - even for simple meals - only one large burner was working and we had to ask for a coffeemaker. It was difficult to wash a few dishes in the small sink without a stopper and the total plates, cups and cutlery provided (however ok for us) would not fill a quarter of the large dishwasher. Not that we would have used this appliance since it topples forward when you open the door. No dishwasher soap provided either.

While the staff were cordial and they stay might have been comfortable, the poor security in the property ruined the experience outweighing all the positives, as we lost our sense of safety and security. As tourists, we had all our cash stolen from our room, while we were went down to the buffet breakfast the property provided. The hotel was helpful in helping us file a police complaint and provided an apology lunch, but that’s peanuts compared to all the cash lost, 2 days before our international travel.

On reporting the theft of all our cash from the hotel room, I would’ve appreciated greater accountability from the hotel, as it was obvious that only someone with access to room key/staff could have done it and showing a key had been accessed (this changed with a manager change at a Later shift). While the cctv shows clearly we were at breakfast, the property claimed to have no cctv cameras in other areas to see who is entering /exiting rooms.
