Locație bine plasata,aproape de plaja Personal amabil si bine pregătit Curatenie- foarte bine

Saunele ( uscată-umedă)-prea departe de piscina Foarte greu se poate ajunge la piscina si celelalte locații SPA( MULTE HOLURI, UȘI, STANGA/DREAPTA- FOARTE ÎNTORTOCHEAT) Pentru un hotel de 5 stele-micul dejun putea fi mai de calitate ( brânzeturi, cașcaval-câte un fel,aceeași omleta, bacon, oua fierte,cabanos etc,,,,ca la 3 stele,,!,2 feluri de suc Santal care s-au terminat mult prea devreme,,,cafeau de o calitate probata ,pentru un astfel de hotel)

It was OK.

The room was facing the restaurant. We could not have the day light in the room as we needed to keep the curtains on the window. The AC dis not work properly.

Friendly staff, great indoor pool, great breakfast.

Beds are quite literally the worst

Nice location, very clean, good food, big pool.

A few issues: in the evening, despite me asking repeatedly, they did not send someone to turn on the lights at the indoor pool, they kept saying “immediately”. It got to the point where we could barely see where we were stepping, quite ridiculous, we eventually just left, as did everybody else… Second, the sauna only opens at 14:00. This was quite disappointing as we only stayed for the weekend and we specifically chose this hotel because of its SPA facilities but basically we couldn’t use them for one of our two days.

*I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. IS MAYBE 2 HOTEL STARS* - Beds take noise on any move, - TV is very old inutilisable with TV box interface, Netflix is not working unless use it as demo .. - Minibar door cannot be opened more then 50% is blocked by door room. - The shower and toilet is too crowded, no space to feel comfortable. - Lights on the room are too poor, cannot see a thing on hall of the room especially. - Access to SPA is trought the hall where is too cold, you have to pass the middle of hotel in bath suite. - Pool and jacuzzi water is too cold, they say is 30°C but for sure is less then 20. - Breakfast is ok but not close what should be 5 stars hotel. - View is inside the walls and not attractive garden.
