Shower is not very big or able to accommodate tall people. Could not work the TV's for relaxing times

The apartments were so spacious! They are newly renovated and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is so convenient. The apartment is in a super quiet, super safe neighborhood,only a 5 minute walk to the trams and then 10 minute ride to the lake, and train station. Perfect location.

Parking is impossible to find. It was our fault that we didn't reserve parking with our rooms and regretted it later. Eventually, we found parking in the city parking - not cheap. But OK, since then, we could take the tram back to the apartments.

The couches need TLC. The door in the bathroom in Aparment 1101 doesn't close properly.

Not far away from Zurich Main staion. Nice restaurant below the apartment "Yard Bird". Private parking in front of the apartment.

Kettel and coffee machine have EU plug. They are not easy for use with swiss switch. It would be nice to have swiss plug for all equipment in the apartment. There is no dining area in 3 bedrooms apartment.

Great location close to trains and trams. Spacious rooms with good beds and a nice kitchen. Also a small but very nice balcony

Horrible wifi that only reaches one room. Very few utilities for the kitchen. Doorhandles and toiletseat were loose and one of the chairs were wobbly.

Check-in machine was not working and had to wait for the keys that someone brings them. The apartment door had problems to open with the card provided and once had to wait quite a lot that someone comes and opens it. I was not informed that there is a problem with parking space. Was charged cash 50 Swiss francs for 2 nights but never received the parking ticket nor had any receipt for that matter. The apartment was not clean at all. It was very cold and one window remained open all the time and could not close it.

Location and installation was good, but the picture which are on booking.com and the room which host had gave to us was a little bit different.

1. The instruction for the key collection was sent to me before my arrival. I followed the instruction and the rest they say is history. 2. Proximity to the train station and connection round the city makes the apartment a good location. 3. The items in the apartment are relatively new and in good condition. One of the chairs need to be fastened properly though. 4. We arrived early, though asked for bags dropped off but got a better offer. We were allowed to check in on arrival.

1. We got the key and struggled to use it to open the door. There was nothing on how to use the key to enter the building. Its was an unconventional way so there should be an instruction on how to use the key. 2. Basic instruction on how/where to trash waste was missing in the room, also how to drop the key after you checked it. Response to the question on "how" was not replied. Later we discovered some of the information were pasted on the board at the ground floor. Simply put it in the room/apartment. 3. We were checked into an apartment (1102) under renovation. Everything looks new (Kudos for that). However, there are missing fittings in the ceiling POP and toilet unpainted. The apartment should be completed before letting out. Congrats to the person who will stay in the apartment when completed with all the newly installed items. 4. Due to the missing fittings in the ceiling, we had water dripped from the ceiling on one of the days. We raised a complain and there was a swift response from the host to check on us. Not a good experience with the water dripping because it started early in the morning when we should be sleeping

The rooms were a good size and the location had some good restaurants near by with access to a tram line a few minutes walk away. The actual walk to the main downtown area was maybe 15mins so not far

We booked 3 months prior to staying and requested a carpark. We didn't find out till we arrived there wasn't one for us. This was absolutely unacceptable and we ended up having to go 10mins away and pay double the price. No check in information was sent, and it was not clear how to open the door when we did figure out how to check in. Had to ask how to check out. We had our apartment doorbell rang both nights multiple times between 3 and 6am. It was so loud. There is no lounge, we hung out in one person's room which was not really ideal. Broken parts in the apartment like the washing machine and shower head.

Staff was easy to reach. Great location!

Apartment's weren't very clean. Especially the furniture and in stead of replacing a lot of 'quick fixing' which lead to for instance doors not being able to shut completely.

Very spacious living space, great location with plenty of eateries nearby, staff were communicative and friendly.

Some lights were broken with a few constantly flashing. Downstairs shower cord was extremely short which made it quite inconvenient when showering. Upstairs shower didn't flow well as the water just dribbles out. Balcony door upstairs was off the hinge which let in a draught making the room really cold. The dining chairs were wobbly. Fridge wasn't cleaned properly as it had some stains which caused odours. The room with two single beds had a wardrobe that gets in the way of the door which meant you can only open it halfway, made for an awkward first entry. Double beds had a small blanket which definitely wasn't big enough for two people. Overall, it's bearable for a short 2 nights stay like we did but not any longer. The property really needs some maintenance.

The beds are veeeery comfortable and the apartment has great structure to host groups. Would happily stay there again!

It needs a little maintenance... some door handles were broken, the doors inside the apartment didn't lock, the laundry machine handle was broken so we couldn't use it... small maintenance issues.

Good location, clean

The apartment is located above a fried chicken restaurant, so the fried smell is present all the time. It’s a bit run down (scratched walls, loose door handles and faucets, some broken chairs) and it is next to a road with quite a lot of traffic. I would not go there again.

It was very very very hot! And the fans felt like they weren’t even working. We had to call management over a 5 times to arrange fans and it was just very difficult! The pictures were deceiving it showed a living room/dinning area but the dining table was in the main bedroom.

Self check-in/out gives extra flexibility Location is perfect Laudry/dryer machine are really user friendly and available in the apartment.

The couch was really dirty with visible big red spots and a couple of holes (probably cigarettes). Lights in the bedroom were really soft and the main light didn't turn on with the single switch of the bedroom. Pity that detergent for dishwasher is provided but not for the laudry.

Number of things wrong with the apartment, window broken in one of the rooms as well as no lights working in that same room; disabled light fixtures dangling from the ceiling in all rooms; washer/dryer door was broken with bunch of cobwebs and dirt around the front; TV power outlet with electrical wires exposed; bathroom kind of dirty; weird blacklight instead of regular lighting in one of the bedrooms which makes staying in that room very uncomfortable at night.
