Very good location that was a short walk to town and attractions. Room was warm, clean and comfortable.

the only light in the room was the overhead- no side table lamps available. explained that next week that would install wall lamps but not sure why they took away the other lamps. bed was comfortable but mattress did sag

Lovely lodge, with unexpectedly good facilities - heated floors in the bathroom, good ground coffee and fresh milk were not expected and lovely surprises. The location was perfect and the room was cleaned to perfection.

A little expensive but I think that’s just Queenstown prices for you.

We have stayed here a few times over the past 8 years and have always been very happy with the location and facilities.

Exhaust fan in batucould be better and if you liked a dark room at night - more curtains

Coronation Lodge was perfect for our pre and post hiking stays. It was extremely clean, well located, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. It is no frills but excellent value for money.

spotless and location

Bed could have been better quality and bigger. Minor point but needed another mirror in the place.

It was great being out of the way from the main chaos + this meant free parking which is a nightmare at some other more expensive hotels in the main area.

It would be great if there were more than one washer & dryer - one of the guests was very antsy with us using the laundry and it tainted our stay a little.

So convenient to walk into town centre. I did some washing and clothes line available on the property.

The bathroom got very wet from the open shower.

Good sized room for the one night. Comfy bed. Tidy bathroom. Nice coffee plunger, and a decent sized milk for our drinks.

The water from the shower splashed right throughout the bathroom. There was a mat to use in the shower but the rest of the tiles were very slippery.

The one bedroom apartment is one of the best accommodations we’ve used in Queenstown in many, many visits. It costs more than their standard hotel rooms but it’s well worth it for an extended visit. The apartment is huge, has full kitchen, laundry, two balconies, 2 toilets and aircon which is a must for hot summer days. Walking distance to everything and close to local buses for trips around the wider local area. If available, we would choose this apartment for our next visit.

Being so close to town there is some street noise but complementary earplugs are in the room so problem solved.

Close to centre of town but far enough for peace and quiet. The room was great too awesome place to stay with excellent staff and can't recommend it higher.

Good location, cosy room, nice staff, under cover parking. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Queenstown.

Shame the breakfast room is locked between 5.30pm and 8am. It would be great to be able to use the facilities to cater your own meals.
