This place is an exceptional venue, on my top 5 places to stay in marrakesh within the city. Firstly, it's a beautiful house, with a lot of charm, including stunning Moroccan craftsmanship. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and quiet, along with a beautiful terrace view. The pool area is simply stunning. We really enjoyed spending some time there away from the tumult. Food was delicious and I recommend eating there too. In terms of service, it was simply magnificent, Miss F. Was amazing and her whole team was so dedicated and committed to their work, I was really impressed. I would most definitely go back for a much longer stay.

Very friendly staff! From the entrance of the hotel, the reception, the staff at breakfast (Bouchra and colleagues, diner, at the spa ... each and everyone of them was so friendly! Always a big smile and welcome!

My wife and I had an amazing stay with Fatima and her team at Dar Rhizlane. Our first trip to Marrakesh was made all the more special by staying here, an excellent hotel, great food, big breakfasts, lovely room, a particular shout out to Bouchra, Abdesamad and Aziz jut some of the staff that made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable! If you're looking to be close enough to the sights, smells and sounds of this amazing city but also be able to relax and get some time by the pool it is the perfect solution!

Fatima from the reception was very attentive to my needs especially when there was a cancellation in my tour to a different city and I needed to stay for another night.She helped me with my needs and was able to stay for another night in a short notice. I also like the friendliness of the staff. During my stay, I always need my breakfast early because of my activities and the staff always prepares my breakfast in a timely manner. Mohammed is cheerful in serving just like the rest of the staff.

Some staff were very nice and the waiters and waitresses were nice but we think very overated

It was very enclosed and if you wanted just to rest and sit by the pool the sun didn’t get to the seating area until after mid day and when it rained there was onlt your suite to sit also the sun didn’t get onto the bedroom terraces until after mid day

The hotel itself is simply amazing! Very cozy atmosphere, very nice furniture, it has everything one needs! The people who work there are friendly and very polite. The location is great and it feels very good to have so much trees and birds around.

From the initial phone call and email communication everything was fantastic, on arrival we were taken back how beautiful the building and gardens are, and the welcome was very warm, its our favourite place to date we have stayed. Fantastic food, wine, cocktails and wonderfully cold beer in chilled glasses was a favourite after a day in the sun, the staff cant do enough to help and should be commended for their hard work not only in customer service but keeping the place beautifully kept. Unlike a lot of high end hotels there is nothing plastic or false about it, its like a fairy tale house with a vast array of flora and discreet areas and orangeries to use. We recommend the spa also !

The bathroom was a bit dingy - this is a very small thing and I had to really think! This really was nothing short of perfect

Dar RHIZLANE was an absolutely beautiful Riad-hotel, with flowers everywhere, an attentive, courteous staff and excellent food. This is a great place to stay in Marrakech, walkable to the Medina. A bit of advice for all Marrakech visitors. Negotiate your taxi price before getting in the car. Almost all rides should be 50 dirham - $5.

I orders room service a cesar salad that was a bit plain in flavour and very few chicken… for a hotel like this one that is so beautiful I think this could be improved :) Also at night I heard noise from other room maybe so it wasn’t too quiet.

The hotel had so much personality, great location, amazing services and food. Pool is heated, it's like a small paradise outside the busy medina. Very delicious breakfast included. Highly recommend it if you want a quiet place to stay in and just want to relax.
