I'd like to thank Aziz for his kind assistance during my long stay there, despite the fact he was so tired from fasting during Ramadan. Breakfast was always an enjoyable peaceful moment.

Really good location in the centre of Marrakech meaning it is easy to get to all the sights. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent.

The manager of the Riad , Aziz, is very helpful and reliable. This is what makes the difference. The area is safe and it's near some very good and affordable restaurants.

The location was a bit out of the way. To the city center we always had to walk 15 min minimum. The rooms don't have very good ventilation. After a day out or a night in, the room smells a bit stuffy.

Guests should pay attention to be quiet during rest time as the rooms face the inner yard of the riad, of course, and any noise is someway echoed.

For many years of traveling around the world we never met a host like Aziz from Riad Nirvana. Proper carer, tourist guide, advisor and protector in one person. Place is exceptional, litle stylish oasis just around the corner from noize and chaos of the town centre close to everything. Over all exceptional place.

What a stunning place to spend a few days in Marrakesh. Jean-Pierre and his wife have done a fantastic job in restoring this beautiful Riyadh and so much attention to detail is evident throughout. It’s really use both of luxurious and culturally rewarding experience in a really quiet part of the old Medina We really enjoyed spending time chatting to these fellow travellers from our golden age, who have shared similar experiences of world travel in the 70s and 80s!

Both Jean - Pierre & Anna were lovely hosts - they provided an authentic and inclusive environment. Everything about the place was perfect. From the luscious aroma which spreads throughout the Riad to the cosy rooftop with a relaxing vibe! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Marrakesh.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations of what attractions to visit and assisted with restaurant reservations. Excellent location not to busy but a short walk to all the attractions in the Medina.

Usually I review a hotel based on its cleanliness,location and Professionally of the staff But this is not a hotel it’s home now. No word can tell how much I was surprised by Jean Pierre and Anna. They adapt to all your needs as they will do whatever it takes to make you happy. The rooms were clean, food was delicious so you need to try it out as I did and regret it! The location is nearby all the attractions as you can literally walking from there to nearly every where. Those two amazing Hosts took the customer satisfaction to a new level that I have never seen before powered by the owner -Jean Pierre- who has huge experience in leading big hotel chains and -Anna- who has passion I have never seen before to take care of that Riad! Love you both and I wish all the happiness hoping to see you both soon in Egypt.

What a wonderful stay! I’m solo female traveller, and choose wisely my place , and honestly was spotty on! Jean Pierre an Anna, was just great, very welcoming, helpful with all the bookings for day trips and taxis around! Genuine nice to you! The place it’s very calm, peaceful, clean and great location! On my arrival I had a massage with Mariahm, one of the best massages I’ve ever had!! It’s worth it, and your stay in Marrakesh will be great if you choose this place! I send my regards to everyone involved in Riad Nirvana, I couldn’t choose better! Thank you p.s.: the lasagna was just great! thank you for looking after me :) With love Lili Brasil!

The breakfast was very nice with homemade jam and fresh coffee. The hosts were wonderful. I got lots of tips about places to go and where to shop and eat.

Excellent hosts at Riad Nirvana! Jean-Pierre met me out in the medina to help me find the place. The room and facilities were great. My hosts even let me dry my wet clothes on the rack on the roof-top terrace. I felt very welcomed here!

1) Host was incredible! Aziz made himself available via WhatsApp before arrival to answer any questions and help plan our trip to Marrakech. Upon arrival, Aziz sat with us and highlighted key landmarks and places to visit on a map. Throughout the duration of our stay Aziz catered to all of our needs, he made our stay feel like home and he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Aziz kindly prepared Suhoor for us, checked in with us regularly, always greeted us with warm welcomes and a smile, was attentive and was very hospitable. We would stay at the Riad again just for Aziz! 2) The Riad is absolutely stunning. It’s a true slice of paradise and the tranquility is unimaginable.. The decor and layout is authentic, everything was clean, it’s such a peaceful Riad where mornings greet you with birds chirping beautifully, sun beaming through the terrace and evenings are relaxing. The rooms are warm, clean, each equipped with A/C, daily housekeeping, comfortable beds, bottled water etc. Photos don’t do the Riads justice. 3) Location was prime! A safe and friendly neighbourhood. Walking distance to cafe’s, restaurants, main landmarks, mosques, sites etc. So easy to get around! When we return to Marrakech, we will definitely stay at Riad Nirvana again and we highly recommend Aziz and the Riad to everybody.
