The pool was lovely. The room designs are perfect for families
The sleeper sofa was broken. Only 2 towels in a room set up for 4.

The rooms are large with a fridge, microwave & sink. Perfect for traveling with kids.
The pool was out of service. The room was booked for 4 people but only stocked with 2 towels. We had to ask for more towels every day.

Great Hotel...the suites are really comfortable and the kitchen is a plus... excellent service... Thank you everyone...the lady that take care of the rooms.. the gentleman at the front desk, the security people...everything awesome... Thanks

Per Covid life there’s no staff for immediate attention. we communicated vía what’s Pp but there’s still a personal feel when you have receptionist.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious! There are also some restaurants in the same complex you can walk to.

We didn’t add breakfast option when making hotel reservation but did go to restaurant on location twice. The breakfast was delicious and the prices were reasonable.

The rooms were huge! I had to work late at night, so it was great that I could go to the second room to work with my laptop.
It was great that the breakfast was included. In general, the staff was very welcoming.
The shower! It was ridiculous. The bathroom looked great, but the shower was wrongly fixed, so you couldn't attach it properly to the wall.
Also, the walls are thin, so you could hear the neighbours snoring 😬

Very good value for money! Enjoyed our experience a lot and bedroom was very comfortable. We asked for a small bed for our baby and the staff went above and beyond to help us in this aspect.
