La ubicación
Falta mantenimiento y remodelación en habitaciones. Cabellos en la almohada . Sábanas sucias. Cucarachas alemanas

El Lobby, muy bonito.
El Servicio del personal pésimo. Las habitaciones están cutres, literal cortinero roto y su solución fue una pinza de ropa. El mosquitero de la ventana, roto. El baño sin jabón, nada. No hay donde poner jabón ni shampoo, la tina sucia y no sirve el cambio de tina a regadera. Y cuidado con sus cosas porque en la habitación había cucarachas. El teléfono de una de las habitaciones no servía. El servicio de restaurante deja mucho que desear. Le falta mucho mantenimiento y buena capacitación para la atención de los huéspedes.

La ubicación, esta relativamente cerca de la pista de atletismo. el baño esta un poco deteriorado, la Pantalla no funcionó. y la ropa de cama esta sucia.
La limpieza de la ropa de cama estaba sucia, solicité el cambio y no fueron. Otra cosa la pantalla de Tv, nunca funcionó.

the hotel has a beautiful, relaxing lobby with nice sitting area, location is near interesting places like downtown, the stadium and shopping mall centro max
the room was facing the boulevard, therefore the traffic noise is nonstop. the cleaning crew was knocking at my door at 9:00am which was very unpleasant and not appreciated at all
