- Pillows were bad compared to the comfy beds. Atleast memory foam pillows or neck-supporting pillows should be provided - It wasn't really mentioned that the coffee isn't for free when you eat at the Kuchen & Teebuffet - Many toiletry items such as body lotion, conditioner, slippers etc. were only provided upon request at the reception

Great service at the hotel. Great to be able to keep the skis and ski boots by the lift overnight. Great food.

The breakfast was very nice. A lot of good variety. Coffee machine needed some maintenance at times but nothing bad to note otherwise.

- Not children friendly - Even though we upgraded to a junior suite, it did not give us the feeling of being such. We entered and it did not smell clean at all. - Disliked the urine smell in the toilette and the very bad odours from the shower. The cleaning of the room,especially bathroom are not satisfying. - One major problem was showering, which was a danger in itself. The watet temp would change constantly from burning hot to ice cold. Not pleasant at all. Too dangerous for adults, unacceptable for kids, if let alone, and even worse for toddlers, to shower in those conditions.

The staff was really nice and service minded. Especially the woman that checked us in. Explaining everything really well and being super helpful.
