Beautiful apartment, nice location

Beds a bit hard for my liking

Our overall experience with the apartment we booked and stayed at was fantastic and will definitly stay and or recommend these apartments in Hervey Bay.

apartments were clean and location was convenient

not much communication around the pool construction. kitchen facilities in the unit were old, outdated and not working. really struggled to cook for our family

The size the unit was massive. The location was great one of the best in Hervey Bay in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The reception staff were friendly and approachable.

We booked an Ocean View apartment and the apartment we got had a view of the pool and gardens, trees and a very tiny glimpse of ocean view through the caravan park. The ocean view was the main reason for booking the holiday.

Great Apartments with amazing views. Exceptionally clean and great reception staff.

Pros: - Large open plan 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, laundry facilities and fully equipped kitchen - 2 balconies - Large one looking towards water with dining outside - Large pool, spa and kids play pool attached (excellent for kids under 3) - Service from the staff was second to none (10/10 there) - Underground parking - Beds and Linen in the 2 bedrooms were in excellent condition and very comfortable and clean (good pillows as well) - Good A/C

Cons: - Appliances are starting to get old (dishwasher is basically useless) - Some plates were found dirty in the cupboards when we arrived (likely due to the above point) - Fridge wasn't working when we arrived (resolved very quickly by the staff though - we had a new fridge within 5 hours of raising this with reception) - Main TV is getting old and remote falling apart - TV itself works fine though.

The apartment size, location and facilities

Spacious, modern appartment with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. We used the balconies with views of garden, pool and out to the bay, to enjoy drinks, nibbles and relax.

hot tub wasn’t very warm, temperature needs to be turned up. didn’t like the man made blanket, it made it difficult for us to sleep.

Proactive comms from admin to advise and give updates on status of the lift.

Lift was out of service for a time.

Beautiful, clean, open space, comfortable bed. Great location and value for money

Would have been great to have the spa heated. We tried to heat for the second night but it never worked for us

Water pressure in the shower

Exhaust fans in the bathrooms.and a walk in shower in the bathroom not stepping in and out of a bath.bit dangerous.

Huge property close to everything, exactly as described with everything we could need and extremely clean!

The master suite mattress was a little uncomfortable and would benefit from being updated

Unit was lovely in the perfect location. View was absolutely sunning and it was great to easily walk to restaurants. We had a great time.

No negatives at all.
