シャワーが故障していた

Great Bed. Great Buffet (made us gluttons!). Location for our purpose was super convenient. Local breakfast close by was more than an hour wait but well worth it and such a great experience.

The team members are very efficient (and some are so nice) however it would be nice if they, especially some of them, would cheer up! But that is not a criticism, just an observation. Sometimes when you come across a team member they turn the other way. That's OK if you don't need their service. They need a campaign to cheer up and show they are there for everyone.

The room looks tired. Design is not modern. The hotel is very busy. Throughout the day there are many people in the lobby.. Housekeeping did not vacuum the floor, shampoo and bath soap not replenish.

Friendly reception staff and concierge. Very comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Huge spread of Taiwanese breakfast buffet Location very convenient. Especially like the hotel entrance with car drop off that many hotels don't have. 24 hour gym. Umbrellas with rubber tips that are good for long walks

Breakfast buffet was good but no change in items over the four days we were there. Room amenities and extras were good, room size was big! Room was clean and Aircon worked very well. Hotel right next to mrt, walkable to Chiang Kai Shek Memorial and Taiwan museum. Hotel reception was helpful. Swimming pool had no kiddie height and was a bit small.

they charge us two times money after we negotiate with them they return to us money but they cut about 300$ from us

it is an old hotel. needs renovation. the breakfast is very poor for the foreigners (except Chinese people)
