The A/C was the only slight problem, didn’t know it’d stop in the middle of night and I’d have to get up to set it lower.

liked everything about this property, centrally located.

Friendly staff and great food. The bed and pillows were confortable.

The property needs an exterior paint job urgently. The interior, although clean and nice is a bit dated.

The best is the pool and its area - quite big, beautiful nature, plenty time to enjoy it as it stays open from 6 am to 10 pm. The rooms were quite good, though the AC system is too loud. The breakfast was good. For a solo traveller it was perfect.

The view from the room - would have been nice to have a more central view either on the city (mountain) or the pool, but maybe the rooms with this view have higher price.

Noise from parties at the hotel gets too loud. We could hear loud music until 3am.

what was offer didn’t match what I get, i was charged meal that supposed was included in the reservation, minibar didn’t work at all, a discrimination 100%

Party events the two nights I stay, with really loud music in the pool area, people dancing around 1am. I asked for a less noisy room and they agreed in give me other room in the higher levels, however still there the music sounded loud. The hotel staff said that's normal due to the holidays, however not normal for me, where I was looking for a place to stay calmly having good night sleeps.
