Los espacios de la habitación y las camas

Los desayunos se podría decir que tienen variedad pero llegue a las 9 am y pedí un licuado de banana y me dijeron que tenían más me pareció algo extraño que un hotel con esa categoría le digan algo así al huésped

La limpieza de las habitaciones las alfombras estaban demasiadas sucias como si no lo limpiaran en mucho tiempo al igual que los pasillos demasiados sucios

Hotel muy confortable. Personal atento y servicial. El hotel es muy detallista.

La atención del personal es muy buena, cálida, hacen lo posible porque el hueped esté bien

Habitaciones viejas, infraestructura viejita, un solo ascensor. La habitación al medio día no estaba lista.

The Hotel is in a refurbishing process, so there was limited availability of a second elevator

Comfortable beds and room in general. Low noise. The location is good, a little bit separated from the main hotel sector. There was free parking available. Excellent breakfast. Try the pupusas.

Only one bottle of water for both of us. If we needed more we would have needed to order room service. Our room did not have a mini bar. There were no hand towel hangers. I much prefer bar soap compared to the gel in a bottle type of soap. The glass doors in the restaurant kept opening and closing during our whole meal which was disturbing. The coffee was not that good. I did not get my invoice right away, I had to call to get it two days later.

Pool was small and shalllw and no sun was hitting it in the afternoon when I used it which was dissapointing. Gym was small and just so-so. Overall, the layout/design was bad. It is a mishmash. Low ceilings for a "nice" hotel. Design very strange like a USSR train station.

All facilities are clean and neat, great location amd service.
