The bed, carpets and showers
am a foreigner; the location felt a little away from adjacent malls, vibrant cafes and/or restaurants

All staff were very kind, helpful and efficient; the room was very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered a wide range of dining options.
A filtered water fountain, located near the elevators on each floor, would save an enormous amount of plastic bottles that placed in each room every day. Guests would be encouraged to re-fill their own water bottles as required.

Room was spacious and clean, the restaurant including outdoor area was so comfy and pretty. Food was great and I enjoyed it with live music which was perfect. The people from front desk to bartender were fantastic. Love everything about this hotel :)

Bed was really comfy, everything was clean, breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties. small pool but acceptable, and they have great location, near to other places and easy to access.

Poor. Not enough towels and the ones in the room smelled musty and like smoke. Not enough hand soap provided.
Common areas were nice, good bar area.
The suites need updating. Menu can be improved.

it was great to revisit this hotel with different brand. Great location and many restaurants around the hotel
I had to wait more than 1 hours for my rooms ready even the timing for check in on 14:00.

Room was cozy and nice. Lobby was very welcoming and staff very attentive.
Christmas eve dinner was very good. But need to keep the food warm during the buffet.
Good that for buffet breakfast and dinner guests are not allowed to touch the food. Only staff can serve guests. That's a good standard.
Fitness and Pool area could be improved.
Breakfast choices could be better.
Need to be more careful with the glasses and cutelery as we found some pieces dirty.
