All the staff were very friendly, helpful and were most eager to please guests. As we were in unfamiliar territory and arriving late in the evening we really appreciated the phone call from reception to see how we were and if we needed guidance finding the location. We had a chance meeting with the General manager and it was clear where the staff culture of warm genuine hospitality was coming from. The 2 bedroom self contained unit was clean, neat, tidy and a nice spot for a short term stay while attending a conference at nearby Berkley. Two bathrooms, washing machine and a nice big TV to sit back and relax in front of. Plenty of parking, in a nice safe spot if you have a car. For those like my husband who enjoy public transport its very accessible with a train station 15 minutes walk away, and bus stop just outside the property. We are looking forward to returning with friends and colleagues next year. Thanks Bastian and staff.
Takeaway food options are a little bit limited if you get the munchies late at night. There are plenty of food options at nearby Fountain gate during the day, but after 5.30pm, and then 9.00pm you are pretty much limited and on a starvation diet if you dont have a car with you or you didnt buy provisions during the day..

Staff were amazing, friendly big Rooms with aircon swimming pool is cleaned once a week some leaves will fall in there as there are alot of trees.
Place needs serious water blasting but other than that all good

Location was near family who we were visiting
Main bathroom toilet was leaking. It didn't flush properly.
Shower in ensuite pressure was very poor with just a dribble coming out. We had to pay for a2 room accommodation as told no one bedrooms available. However when we got to apartment 2nd bedroom and ensuite was locked. Had to ask for it to be opened ae had had to pay for it. Very noisy. You could hear people talking next door. It said no noise after 10pm but there was no one on site to report to. First night party going still at 2am. Very expensive for poor standard of accommodation. Pillows were old stained and lumpy

Spacious rooms.
one of the beds didn’t have a leg on it so it was uneven. Balcony needed to be swept and cleared of leaves. Rubbish bin in room wasn’t emptied.

it was very clean and modern. the young bloke at the front counter was exceptional, he couldn’t help enough. unfortunately I can’t remember his name to give him the credit he deserves.

Location suited my purpose
Room was dated with torn curtains. Wet towels and milk for coffee were not replaced. For the price expected alot more.
