Traditional Japanese experience with Onsen and Japanese room. Clean well run facilities. Kind and helpful management. Fantastic food as we ate there breakfast and dinner most days. Dinners are good value and beautiful multi course experiences. Excellent value and this was our second stay. We will go back. Property a short walk for bus to Happo ski area or bus at door for other areas. I had a fall skiing and the owner was so helpful, taking me to medical centre and checking and helping for the rest of our stay.

Great stay, owner was really friendly and helpful. Great selection for food in the morning even for a vegetarian. Public onsen at the hotel was a game changer after a tiring day skiing

Location was near village center, but still require to take the village shuttle to hit the slopes.

A really nice room with a traditional Japanese style. From the window you can see the ski slopes. the onsen is really a plus an the breakfast very good. it’s a nice place to stay even if you’re not skier

The location of it.

There was no shower in our room or the toilet outside. Having to use the onsen to shower was troublesome.
