Room booking was messed up and they roomed my wife (her Bday present) in the wrong low level no view room, lucky she requested something different when they realised their error. Then she accidentally left her favourite dress hanging in the closet when checking out. She realised later that day but was unable to contact anybody for days, so she physically drove there to talk to them. It was gone and no attempt was made to try to find it. She was then just ghosted and given the excuse "I'm only one person running this hotel, I can't answer email or attend to every problem". The dress is now lost. BTW, this is my 1st ever bad review...

Great location right on the beach and next to the creek. Also a quick drive around the corner to Burleigh. Room was spacious and kitchen was well equipped.

Property is old and rooms could do with a facelift (bathroom was worn and stains on the carpet, mattress was very firm). But also the price point was cheaper than other hotels in the area so you get what you pay for, it certainly didn’t ruin our stay.

Love the beach and mountain view. Great apartment's size and clean. Staff member very friendly and helpful. Public transport is so easy and convenient. Walking distance to the nearest cafe. Very peaceful. Bed is very comfortable. Complete kitchenette. Outdoor spa and swimming pool. Easy access to the beach. They also have sauna.

Spa button was not working properly but we were still enjoyed to just sit in it. The unit/room could've been better with regular and proper maintenance.

The view was excellent. Easy access to the beach, and also had views of the hinterland. There was a decent size tv in the lounge area and a smaller one in the bedroom, seldom seem in our travels. 50metres or so to the Surf Club was a bonus for afternoon drinks and the meals were good. The unit had all the facilities that make for a comfortable stay.

The bed for us was a bit hard, but that is a personal feel, I guess. The linen was of good standard. Except for the Surf club, eating places were a fair distance away. Cable stations were not hooked up, you had to do a chrome google connect through your phone or ipad, or something to that effect.

My 3 bedroom apartment is comfortable and clean

Got wifi but it was too slow (unable to use it at all). The swimming pool is a bit small.

The views were beautiful and the access to the beach was a few steps away. This was lovely

We checked in on a public holiday, there was no communication from the accommodation about key collection and a good 30mins was spent trying to phone the number and press the bell before we got a response.The room smelt like cigarette smoke with wafts of incense. The lounge was difficult to sit on as it sloped towards the ground.
