El personal muy amable/ instalaciones amplias, muy limpias y cómodas.

Considero que le falta un poco de iluminación, nada que quite la buena experiencia.

Me pico una chinche en la mano la primera noche, por suerte la atrapé y se las enseñe a administración, nos cambiaron de habitación pero tenía un olor a cigarro insoportable, somos personas de la tercera edad. No regresaría

El hotel está bonito, los desayunos también está súper, me gustó que el hotel tenga su estacionamiento en el mismo hotel

Que la habitación que nos tocó ,no cuenta con aire acondicionado, no se si todas las habitaciones tengan el mismo detalle

Cleaning staff was too loud. We tried to sleep thru the jetlag and could hear the moving furniture, laughing and calling to eachother down the halls.

1)Breakfast It was not included. ....I have to pay for It. It was limited to Only scrambled eggs and pancakes 2) the hotel room was nota good, no a/c and the room carpet was in very bad condition

There was no one to help with the luggage neither on the check in day or on the day we left the hotel The front desk staff were no friendly at all Besides a young man named Diego every one was rude. Excellent location and housekeeping service

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

The property did not respect my reservation. I reserved two king size bedrooms with breakfast included. they charged me for breakfast and gave we’re not respecting the type of rooms. staff at the front desk was rude from the beginning. we still ate at the restaurant because we needed to. the food was good but the service was rude too. the front desk and restaurant staff is the same. over all it was not a pleasant experience.

Noise from aide street. Lack of info on what days had buffet and what didn't. They weren't ready at stated check in time.

Bathroom door did not close, had to hold it shut with a wedge to make sure there was privacy while using the bathroom.

outdated decor, you could hear everything from the hallway, I had to call reception cause they were having a party across my room and they were making too much noise. someone came luckily and they stop even though it was already 4:00am they should tell guests parties aren’t allowed when they’re checking in.
