Great breakfast, friendly staff, good value for money!

breakfast was good, rooftop bar is spacey, good choice of drinks, very friendly and attentive staff. they were able to answer all questions about the area without looking it up. Bus time tables to the airport and what not. cutrains shut out the light 100%

Fairly modern hotel with many amenities. Nice family room. Parking garage nearby.

No direct access from garage to hotel, the way was a bit obscure. Check-in took ages, the reception was obviously understaffed.

Excellent breakfast, twin room was fine and clean.

Maybe you could provide tea bags, milk and sugar as an option to coffee? Not everyone likes coffee ..... Even asking at reception didn't yield any milk, so we bought some.

Breakfast is delicious.

The staff was great. After an overbooked hotel left us checking into a standard room although we paid for a superior one, the housekeeper made sure we had robes and extra towels and the front desk person who checked us in made sure we received a comped dinner. So a less than ideal situation was solved with a personal touch.

The beds were older and I think it's time to trade out the mattresses.

There are many delicious breakfast options available, the buffet is particularly impressive, with a great variety of fresh foods. Fresh and tasty avocados. Cozy and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant. I would definitely return for more of that delicious breakfast.

The building really stands out as it is right at the centre of Narvik and next to the museum and souvenir shop. The standard room was typical Scandic quality, in good condition and there was more than enough space. The breakfast was as expected.

The receptionist picked up the phone to answer a call whilst serving us during the check-in so the welcome wasn't the warmest. Felt a bit under-staffed as well as on check-out there was a small crowd waiting because the staff was having a break and only one person was working at the counter. No express check-out.

Cleanliness and easy access by main road. The breakfast buffet was good with variety of food.

It could be better if hotel give complimentary parking to hotel guests.

We asked for a north facing room on arrival so we could see the northern lights and they accommodated this. Although they told us we wouldn’t see them - we did. And the roof top bar helped as a location to go to.

Floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular view of Narvik.

Arriving 1.5 hour before check-in we were told the room was ready, but would cost an additional 150 NOK in ”early check-in fee”.
