The apartment my son and daughter-in-law had was beautiful. They had a very large balcony and the whole ambience of the apartment was stunning with so much room.
There was nothing we liked about the studio we were in.
The studio we were in was terrible. There was a tiny balcony which was all enclosed, you could not see out to anywhere. This was the only window/area for fresh air. The studio was cramped and dark and really bad value for money. The pictures on the internet made it look great, but it was anything but. If there had been a fire in the place, there would have been no escape whatsoever and I found this frightening and wonder why this isn't a high priority while staying anywhere that's not ground floor.

The serviced apartment itself was well appointed and clean.
Our stay was unpleasant as they did not inform us prior to booking that there would be noisy construction works right next door to our apartment. It was from 10-3pm Sun unsure how long it was on Saturday. They were jack-hammering so very loud. We were wanting a place to relax and be able to hear ourselves talk.
The other was location, we had noticed the train line being very close and the station being extremely close, however did not expect the trains to be running all night on the Saturday night and almost the whole night on the Sunday night. The train tooting every time it passed the station was very noisy and would wake us up all throughout the night. If they didn't toot, that would be much better. We have never stayed so close to a railway station before so may be this is normal.

The location is close to Brighton train station, 2 min walk. Room was clean, bed comfy, great view of the city at night.

Everything was perfect. Would 100% recommend. Shops and cafes restaurants 100 yards just round the corner.T
The only thing which wasnt 100% was the air con in the one bed apartment we were in it could have been better quality and wasnt the coldest on hot days or during the night, could maybe do with an upgrade to a better model.

Unclear location of what space was available for parking in underground carpark. The bed was uncomfortable due to connecting 2 singles together.

Great location . Super close to a train station and excellent high street with shops and restaurants. the apartment was spotless on arrival , we were welcomed warmly by all the staff.
I would most definitely stay here again !
the only small things I would change would be a duvet cover instead of two flat sheets covering the duvet.

property wasn’t clean. there were hairs on the side table. toilet seat was broken and our assigned car park was used by someone else on our first day.

Would be great if there was a place to temporarily store bags pre-check-in/post check-out. Unfortunately, if your flight arrives several hours before check-in time or after check-out time, your stuck with your luggage and unable to patronise the nearby shops/cafes.
